RUDEST AND LAZIEST TECHS AND PHARMACIST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. HAD TO CONTACT THIS PHARMACY 4 TIMES TO TRY TO HAVE A CLAIM REVERSED AND AFTER FINALLY CONVINCING THE TECH TO CONTACT THE INSURANCE PLAN TO REVERSE, I WAS HUNG UP ON. CONTACTED THE PHARMACY BACK AND SPOKE TO THE PHARMACIST ON DUTY. 3/2/2024 AT 4:30PM. HE REFUSED TO GIVE HIS NAME, BUT HE HAD AN ACCENT. AFTER ASKING WHY THE TECH JUST COMPLETELY HUNG UP THE PHONE WITH NO EXPLANATION, HE STATED THAT THIS HAPPENS AND THAT I SHOULD JUST DEAL WITH IT. THIS DOES NOT AND SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AT A PHARMACY WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH PATIENT'S MEDICATIONS. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AT ALL AND CARED MORE THAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE AT 5PM.

This review is for the UPS Access Point option being offered by this location...I ordered a 49" computer monitor from Amazon and unfortunately it had a line going through the screen so I had to return it. I missed the UPS pickup from my home so I Googled UPS drop-off locations near me and this CVS came up. I stopped on my way to work one afternoon and the employee was looking at me with a bit of a puzzled look as I walked in. I said this is a UPS drop-off location right? They said yes but there are size restrictions. I said I don't understand, how can you say you are a UPS drop-off location if you can't accept UPS drop-offs. They called someone up, I don't know what their position was since she didn't introduce herself. I pointed to the package and before walking up to it she says, oh yeah, that's too big and then walks up to it and sort of pushes it with the tips of her fingers and says, and too heavy. She said it has to be able to fit on their shelves. I said well perhaps this should be listed more clearly online, picked up my package and left. The next day I looked up what this policy is online (I've provided a picture). The package cannot exceed 130 inches in overall size. So you take the length, 2x's the width and 2x's the height, add it together and if it is under 130 inches, you are good. My package was 122 inches overall. It also has to be 44lbs or less. My package weighed 43.4lbs. Which I know because when I went to an actual UPS drop-off, I asked when they weighed it. There is no mention of a product having to fit on any shelves.I would like for the store to educate themselves and their employees on a service that they are going to offer. Part of the reason they offer this is to get people in the store because they are likely to spend money while there. I was going to purchase a few things that day but not after the irritation of carrying the package in and out and wasting my time when I was clearly right.

Didn't have the meds needed so went to different pharmacy. The new pharmacy we chose has tried for 2 days to call and get it transferred but cvs will not answer the phone.

Pharmacy never has anyone's prescription ready. Or never have the contents needed. Why do they stay open ridiculous. Prescription put in at 10:45 am and not even ready at 4:30pm what are these people doing all day.???

It's really annoying that Google maps and the CVS website says that this store is open until 9 on Sundays when in fact it has never stayed open until 9 on Sundays. I wonder if corporate is aware that those doors always lock at 7. I'm really tired of this due to the fact that people can order stuff from CVS on instacart and on doordash after 7 and then it's a hassle for us who shop those orders to deal with it.

I go to this pharmacy for all of my needs, I do realize that they are short staffed and working as quickly as they can. I appreciate their efforts. I realize people need their meds but just try to remember there is only a few of them in the pharmacy for a whole lot of people!

Really inconvenient that they close before 9 when it’s listed that they close at 9 both online and on the door.

Pharmacy was zero help in getting my RX filled. Was unable to give me any useful information and just insisted I go elsewhere. Both a systemic problem at the corporate level reinforced with poor service at the local level.

We called to switch our meds from one CVS to this one and the lady said just call back when you need them!!! Seriously they are on auto refill. Can’t they just switch in the system. I’ve done this many times before when I lived up north. Seems like a lot of the places in this area lack customer service skills. She seemed to be inconvenienced by us asking, yea there are a lot of meds we take! But that shouldn’t be a factor in her taking time to switch them over.

First of all I love the store part of this CVS. The issue I have is with the pharmacy. The wait times are terrible, the staff is argumentative, they never answer the phone so you are forced to drive to the pharmacy. Then you are to be told to wait an hour sometimes longer for a prescription to be filled. They aren't interested in billing the right insurance for different meds. Anyone who is also dissatisfied with the pharmacy at this CVS should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That is the only way to get this fixed.

Slow and more than 24 hr to get a script status and never attempted to contact me about any issues. Super disappointed in the lack of any effort to assist in filling scripts timely. Waiting is always horrendously long as well.

The service sucks unless you are looking to get a shot of something. It took me three days to get some very important fills on my medicine, this past weekend. Very bad management. They would not even answer their phone and to top it off they closed on Sunday. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
