Westmont Floral is truly one of the best floral shops I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I felt a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like home. Theresa was exceptionally attentive, engaging in delightful conversations not only about flowers but also offering practical advice for my special day, such as tips to prevent slipping on concrete and the ideal way to hold my bouquet. This is the most amazing flower shop I have EVER encountered. Theresa has a unique eye for beautiful floral creations and makes you feel at home and excited to pick out a special bouquet. The prices are fair and reasonable, and the quality of the product is the best I have ever seen. This place truly changed the trajectory of my day and put me in an upbeat mood due to the sheer kindness and joy I experienced. If Westmont Floral Shop has no fans I’m dead

Theresa was such a great help! I had placed an order for a specific date that was very important for my best friend, only for Theresa to call me and say that my arrangement wouldn’t be able to be delivered on that date due to the delivery driver having to leave early due to an emergency. While I totally understand emergencies happen and things go wrong, I was starting to worry because of the importance for this date for my best friend. I expressed to Theresa the importance of the delivery being made that day, and Theresa went way above and beyond and made it happen! She was so great and SO incredibly kind! Theresa, I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for making a terrible day for my friend at least a little bit easier. ❤️ I was also nervous because she had informed me that several flowers in the arrangement I had picked were unavailable so she would have to make substitutions so I was hesitant, but they turned out BEAUTIFUL and my best friend loved them ?

The floral design was beautiful. Very happy with not only the end result, but the efficiency as well. I ordered that morning and it was punctually delivered the same day. I was notified of the delivery-which eased my mind. I had left a message and was notified first thing the next morning when they opened. Overall a great experience!

Theresa at Westmont Floral did an amazing job on the flowers for a loved once's funeral services. She made things so easy for us during a very difficult and stressful time. Living about 30 minutes from her shop and the funeral home, I talked to Theresa on the phone and explained what I wanted. She nailed it!

My husband got an anniversary arrangement here today and the lady called to tell him the arrangement was ready. He said that when picking it up, she was SO NICE!
