This pharmacy has really poor service. You place an order for a prescription, arrive on time, but end up waiting an extra hour for your medicine. It seems like they don't care at all. Plus, if you call, expect the rudest response.

I don't come here often, usually for photos. I order my photos from the app, and they are usually done quickly. However, it's usually some time before an associate comes to help at the photo counter. Sometimes, those associates are friendly, and sometimes they are not. Prices for other items are higher than other stores in the area. If buying other items (non photo), the front register usually moves quickly.

The drive-up for the pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever seen. There is no reason why I should be waiting 30 minutes for a simple script pickup. A better job needs to be done with the drive-up.

This location’s front end employee, Mark, is the best employee they’ve had in the nearly 2 years I’ve lived out here now. I’ve never worked for Walgreen’s, I hope they try to promote from within. I hope he has supervisors who want to mentor him and train him to grow. Otherwise, I hope he finds a company that will.

They did not accept my $100 bills that I had taken earlier for vacation at my bank, saying that they were not real. The manager checked the bills by touching and examining them, but they didn't have any equipment to verify the bills. It was a waste of time driving there. Be aware!

By far the most scummy Walgreens I’ve ever been to, from the dilapidated building to the clueless and lazy manager who doesn’t even understand how their own pick up order system works, avoid this Walgreens, drive the extra mile to the one off Cass, this one is a dump.

Horrible pharmacy!!! They don't advertise the real hours they are open, they tell you they have the medicine you need but when you try filling your script they say they are out. These people play with people's lives.

After 13 minutes on hold to talk to the pharmacy, they put me on hold again without a greeting and several minutes later hung up on me without ever talking to anyone.

So my photoprint order was completely messed up as I got the photobook printed for my son's birthday but when I addressed the issue to one of the workers there who's name was Omar , handled it amazingly! Got it fixed the same day and apologized for the inconvenience, printed everything for me again! Very helpful! Thats the only reason I'm giving this 5 stars.

Very bad experience! not enough staff and the staff the have, technicians, are not friendly nor trained properly!Will not ever go again and take a paper RX to be filled! The rest of the store and staff are excellent! Pharmacy sucks!
