Probably the slowest service I've ever got in a drive-thru. They simply don't have enough workers bc Taco Bell can't pay 1 additional minimum wage worker. Waited almost 25 mins for 6 plain tacos. And they somehow screwed up the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

every time I go to the drive thru my food never comes right either something is missing or they charge me for something else. The cashier needs more practice

I went to this Taco Bell last night, got a Crunchwrap supreme combo and the Cinnabon delights, the service was quick though the worker through the microphone was swearing and being quite snippy with me. A little awhile after eating I got super nauseous and have been throwing up ever sense.

Jasmine was SO helpful. This Taco Bell is always polite and has the best customer service. That's what keeps me coming back to this Taco Bell vs other locations!

Heavyset lady with the tattoo on her neck should be watched closely by management. I went there today 02/22/24 at 11:28am. Spent 16.82. Paid was given change but no receipt. I asked for a receipt and she said receipt? I said yeah, you pay for something and you get a receipt, they don't do that no more? She got mad and walked away and left some other nice young girl to get my receipt, which I am pretty sure the heavyset lady took out of her pocket. The kicker: She was missing an item in my bag. No receipt, missing food out of my bag and she got the attitude? Do yourself a favor and realize no help is sometimes better than bad help.

I mean it's a Taco Bell, but this isn't a good one. Probably every half of orders has an item messed up/missing. But, one of the worst part about this location is the egregious 10 DOLLAR CRAVINGS BOX which has doubled in price (but has only shrank in portion) the last 2 years or so. To make matters worse, the location on Roosevelt in Villa Park has their cravings box for 6 dollars. Go to that franchise instead if you can

Drive thru wait at 1230am was about 15 minutes after placing my order only to leave with the worst Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos. They were mostly just a triple rolled tortilla with minimal beans, rice, and sauce. Go to the Roosevelt location

I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and let me tell you this location is one of the better ones. They pay attention if you make adjustments to your order and they don’t skimp out on the amount of ingredients in each item. Everything’s fresh and the staff are pleasant. The inside tables were also clean which I appreciate. Would highly recommend this location.

I went for a quick snack and was totally ignored by the 2 female employees. I stood in line for 4-5 minutes, no one acknowledged my existence. So, I'm done with Taco Bell.

I'm sure there are some that would say they love the food. We used to also. We would go there once in a while just to get something fast. Unfortunately, over the past 2 years we've seen the quality and taste of the food decline.The Crunch Wrap used to be my favorite. My husband's was the soft beefy Taco. Last night when we there we noticed the greatest difference. Fillings were very scant, none of the food tasted the way it did before. Also, we never expected the food to be really hot temperature, but at least it was warm. This time it was cold and the dining area was even colder. Had to keep our jackets on.Sorry Taco Bell this was our last visit.
