Standard Market is an excellent, high-end grocery chain and one-stop shop with a fantastic array of food and all the goodies. It provides great meal options, with a nice grocery store, great selections in the deli counter, and several prepared meals for one or family size. The hot pizza by the slice, sushi bar, and Sunday brunch at "The Grill" are popular, offering generous portions of great tasting food, freshly made items, and $7 cocktails. Customers love the new outdoor area to hang out. However, attention to detail is declining. Some prepared items, like a BBQ chicken pizza, can be overcooked. Issues with freshness have occurred, such as a slimy substance on mushrooms. The beverage stations sometimes have problems, with old, awful tea or flavored water dispensers where the fruit has settled. The grocery story is also noted as very pricey. Despite this, many customers really love the store and will continue to shop there, hoping it turns around.
