So we couple times bought stuff pipe bong . Also bought battery pen took home try to used didn’t work so I bought some else and work just fine . I don’t need it . So my wife tried to return and Guy would not return it : so if someone buy something and doest work . as business should return it I know how used vape pen!! I will not go here again . Bad customer service . Don’t go there plenty of other around !! I Will despite it if have to !

So bought a batterie from here I been here couple times . That doesn't matter how many times be first time. It didn't work and bought new batteri work just fine . So my wife tried to returned it and ask yes sales person . But wouldn't return so say if was damage understand. It was not damage didnt work Period . So I just go somewhere else Not good business over $15 dollars

Been going here since mid 90’s. Bought sooo many things from here. T-shirt’s, one hitters, rolling paper, etc. Always had great service here. Miss seeing Joe smiling face. RIP Joseph ????????

I used to come here about 3 times a month to get Juul pods. The owner is decent enough, but there is a white guy who works there that is very weird and rude... He makes strange comments and I won't be back because he made me so uncomfortable. Unfortunate, because this place is close to my house.

Every time I come to this smoke shop there is always a sign up saying “be back in 5” and they never are, or the door is just locked!! I will be bringing my business somewhere else since Sight and Sound obviously doesn't care about their customers. I was going to buy a Puffco too. Your loss.

Looked all over the area for urban ice brand and they were the ONLY ones who had it. I must have been to 10 places. The man at the counter was super nice. Gave me a restaurant recommendation as well!
