Check engine light was flashing. Took it in, it was a spark plug and coil. They had it done immediately while I waited. A week later, same issue. Was out of town, so took it to another mechanic. Turned out to be a defective coil. When I went back to Shell, they issued a complete refund immediately, no questions asked. Didn’t even ask to see the receipt for the work. Honest, friendly, fast service. I’d come back here again.

I used this place about 6 years ago. I moved out of state and when I came back and needed a mechanic, I didn't have to think twice. The service is always fast and well taken care of. Definitely recommended.

Don't use their towing service. They wanted to pull my car from the front and drag the rear tires knowing it's a rear wheel drive car. When I told him that he is going to damage the transmission he told me to look for another towing and left.
