From our initial interaction, Mercedes Benz Westmont set a remarkably high standard. As first-time customers, our encounter with Jason Saxton not only met our expectations but also transformed us into dedicated patrons. Our journey with Mercedes began on our anniversary, and the warm, familial welcome from Jason and his team was truly heartwarming. Chris Seamans stands out for his amiable and efficient service, consistently ensuring a seamless experience. Our most recent maintenance, overseen by Tim Kronon, further solidified our trust in their expertise. Tim's knowledgeable advice and client-centered approach were evident throughout the service.Admittedly, the costs are on the higher end, but the value received is unquestionable. The attention to detail, from the informative technician videos to the coordination of loan vehicles, and the professionalism of the service desk representatives, all contribute to a top-tier experience. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman was a total lier. I would expect that from a shady used car dealership, but not a Mercedes dealer.When I was negotiating the purchase, they were "Johnny on the spot." After I paid for the vehicle they wouldn't answer text, wouldn't return calls, wouldn't answer e-mails. They just didn't give a flip.I live in Missouri. I purchased this truck by pictures and what the dealership told me. But I made a huge mistake, I believed them.After I purchased, the salesman then told me the truck had some damage. A hole in the front grill, the bumper had a deep rusted scratch, the top molding was scratched up and the shark fin antenna on the top was broken badly.The salesman told me he didn't notice the damage but told me to take it to a local body shop and have it fixed and they would pay for it. I had to pay the body shop myself. After several threats, they agreed to send the money for the repairs.Just watch out and double check everything with these crooks.

This place used to be good. Now it isn't. I brought my car in because my brake lines were rotted out even though my car is in mint condition( thank you Mercedes for cheating out on brake lines, real classy). I was hoping to get it good willed. When I spoke to the district/regional whatever guy and all he did was just sound annoyed. I brought the car in, got charge $380 for them to literally look air it because the panels were already off. Harry the other guy who was directly handling my request simply did not care. When I received video of the diagnosis to send to mbusa the mechanic mentioned it was missing the under panel and to write me up for it, that was not the case as I informed Harry it was in the trunk of the car, which is easily visible since the car is a wagon. Then I figured since I got denied the good will request and my car had some open recalls on it, that I might as well get those done. Harry just sounded annoyed. Then a couple days later Harry just sends me an email saying my car is ready to go home, and I asked were the recalls done and he never replied. A week later I just said ef it and picked the car up, and they were done. Really? You couldn't just say they were done.

Service is terrible here. They do not answer their phones.Brought my car in for routine B service 700$ charge and No loaner cars even though I requested it at time of appt booking .Have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the place has really declined. Will go elsewhere next time I buy a car and this is the last service appointment here.

Lied to......ambushed.....probably discriminated against as a female buyer. I had been working with Earl for little over a week about just one particular GLS. Because of current interest rates, I decided to get my own financing and expressed that to Earl on day one. Received loan approval 5 days later, was then negotiating trade with Earl. Here comes the 4th of July. Earl texts me next day, Wednesday. We agree on trade amount and I inform him I'll be in on today, Thursday. He says fine. Nothing more. Hours later in the day he texts to say the vehicle has been sold. Said I didn't secure vehicle and was still working on my financing. What? Actually, Earl, I have the financing as I told you. I also told him I'd be in with check on Thursday. My experience was insulting, disappointing and VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

I made an appointment for service two weeks in advance and arrived at 8am. The car needed normal service and the air bag malfunction warning light was on (which has happened in the past.). I booked a loaner and received it promptly. I never received a call on the status of my car so I called towards the end of the day and inquired. I was informed that I was one of several cars they didn't get around to looking at. I mean why book a service appointment and bring it in if they aren't going to look at it. Went another day and I had to call again. This time they told me thee warning light couldnt be reset and I needed a new air bag. Was told it was out of warranty even though the problem had first occurred when it was in warranty so it would be$1000. Not wanting to have an unsafe car, I. told them to go ahead and put in a new air bag. Two days later I received a call informing me the air bag wasn't in but hopefully would come in over the weekend. I waited until late Tuesdayand had to call them for status and was told part wasn't in. i was irate and told them I wanted the car fixed and for them to get the part. This morning I received a call telling me the air bag was only available in Germany and they could get the part until June 16th to 23rd which is more than 3 weeks to a month. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous for them to take a week to find out it would take a month to get a new air bag in. Total lack of communication on their part and they just don't care. Don't go there for service.

8 hour turn time for a flat tire, I had to get rides to go purchase the new tire from discount tire since they did not have one and to buy a replacement lug wrench from autozone because they did not have one either. I would have rated one star but I work for Mercedes.

This dealership is CRAP, they don't care about anything and are very racist. I will start with the racist part first. Waited in the service area for over 45 minutes for someone to check me in while others(non black) drove it was seen and on their merry way. No I am sorry just she will take care of you. This will be the last time anyone at this place services my car. Caring. Well this dealership tries to upsell cars between $5K-10K. Yes, heard the entire conversation but guess auto Auto Nation said nope you not going to do that. Good on you Auto Nation. Also why are your sales people talking to other customers about other customers finance. Guess those brothers that were buying that $300k Custom G wagon needed some additional conversations with the bank. Guess the bank should have known since they bought another truck recently for 187K, $50K over. Guess these trucking company brothers need to watch there sales person.

I am so thankful for great service, friendliness & attention to detail!! Today I found out so much about my first new Mercedes & it was due to an incredible guy in the service department by the name of Ardit Sulejmani!! This gentleman was very busy & booked. I did not have an appointment however, while he had limited time he paused to assist me giving me everything I needed in less than 5 minutes! I am so grateful to God for outstanding customer service! Kudos to Mercedes for hiring such an incredible guy! I pray success & process in Ardit's career & blessings to this dealership here in Westmont, the staff & team!

If they were the last MB dealership in the world, I would not give them my business. Arrogant, non-caring staff who don't communicate worth a dime. Oh, they will say, 'Sorry, sorry, sorry.' But, they can save their 'sorry' and just do their job. Took car in for a Service A (you would think that would be no big deal'. They said it could take up to 3 days and they don't have a loaner car. 3 Days??? Talked to service manager...blank look. Talked to dealer manager and he said it would be done the next day. Shocker, it wasn't. Oil stained mats from service attendant's shoes when I finally got my car. They are terrible and I can't wait for this market to turn so they can feel the effects. All is well now, but just wait.
