“There was a fire in our home and my CPAP as well as my husband’s were damaged by smoke and soot. Neither of us could sleep that evening without our CPAPs and were frantically trying to get replacements ASAP so we could get some rest. We tried 3 different companies and only Integrated (in Carol Stream) answered the phone. They went above and beyond to find machines that day, calibrate them and help us find the most economical options. The staff was super friendly as well as empathetic to our situation.
