Mark has ignored me and neglected to reimburse me for the towing expense I paid to be insured for. I have been asking for a receipt since October 18th. He claims "he sent it" and then I told him to send it to his location so I could pick it up directly, he played stupid and said he had it sent here again (wasen't sent) and I still have not been reimbursed. Terrible customer, he will charge you right away for your insurance premiums, but won't pay out claims when he is liable.

Mark is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things insurance. Able to answer any questions I may have. He checks in periodically just to see how things are going. Had a claim due to hail damage to my house and car and he was active and helped with the claim process every step of the way.
