Honestly, there is no customer service left anymore. Any and every human being I have been forced to interact with here to complete a purchase acted like I was being their personal problem.
Got more or less shooed away from the bar by the bald bartender because he was too busy, noone to be seen at the grill for me to get something cooked as of 5.30. Ridiculous that people waste their time or money here.

It's 9:05 and I'm driving away empty-handed. The store states that are open until 10:00 but the meat department was already pulled. They were in the process of pulling produce as well. This place is nice during the day, not so much End Of Night.

Mariano's in Westmont is a gem! It's got that small-town charm with all the perks of a big-city grocery store. The selection is fantastic, especially the fresh produce and gourmet items. Plus, the staff are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. Whether you're grabbing a quick snack or doing a full-on grocery haul, Mariano's has got you covered!

Avoid this store if you can , it is under staffed badly. Barely anyone working the meat counter . If you find someone at the deli counter they are miserable and slow. Nobody working the Ice cream counter today on a Sat. There are no small carts when I come in. There are absolutely no small baskets. There should be a minimum of items at self checkout. Who manages this store? Horrible.

Horrible organic produce selection almost everything is expired or completely empty. They literally sell produce that is either moldy or a day away from being completely spoiled. This is the most poorly managed Mariano’s I’ve ever been to. 90% of the shopping carts are so messed up you can’t even push them. Whoever manages this place should be fired.

Never have enough checkers. They just want you to scan your own. I don’t mind that but not when I have a ton of groceries.

Leaving 2 stars for consistent errors- the extra star is for Zoe (she really is 5 stars). I do grocery pickups at Amazon Fresh, Meijer and Mariano’s. Since I started shopping here I have yet to receive a 100% pick up accuracy rate. Zoe is amazing because she always calls to let me know if an item is out of stock or asks which replacements would be ok. I noticed the days she’s not working, I always have to drive BACK to the store because of consistent missing items, items which are often NOT deducted off my receipt. Why continue shopping here, you ask? It’s down the street from my house- so definitely a convenience factor; however it’s not convenient when it’s never right the first time. :( Why not shop myself? Because I literally don’t have time during the day- I stay up late preparing my cart to order and have ready in the AM and I DO save $ by ordering pick up here than being overpriced on Instacart. OH - to add - there’s a $4.95 pick up fee!! A fee charged to bring my paid items out to me (and I usually tip!) - but am still missing items? Make it make sense- and please help me save gas money, mileage and my and your time. ~The grape lady - Zoe, You get 5 stars :’)
