I wish there was a lower of the lowest rating for this place. One star is way to much and not deserved.I dropped off a pair of pants to have them hemmed.It was closing time Saturday evening he checked the pants in charged me $14.50 that he said that I had to pay at that time. I have him &15.00 told him not to worry about the fifty cents.took my receipt and leftI want to check on them earlier than the time that I was given since I was on my way home and I saw they were open.It happened that the man had just finished them as I walk in.I was so excitedHe had removed the tags from them without asking if he couldHe looked and found the tagsHe gave me the pants and I left.Then he calls me to go back to pay himI asked him what he was talking about and he said that I didn’t pay him that’s why I didn’t have a receiptFirst of all why do you give somebody an item without a receiptSo I went back with a picture of the receipt on my phone!He still accused me of not paying showing me a different receipt tell me it wasn’t marked payBut that was not the same receipt as mine.He wanted to call the police and I said good.I will call the policeAs I started to dial he ask me to just leave! Of course he did!The store has 3 cameras that I could see.I am sure he didn’t want the cops there so he wanted me to leave.Terrible person terrible businessman.Of course had I read the reviews before I went to that store I would have not gone there.But I drive by there so often that I thought why not support local small businesses.Well I am not supporting them ever again!Service: Alterations

Top notch service. Lee cleaners will run items several times to remove stains properly. Mr & Mrs Kim always take the time to show me what is needed to provide an excellent product returned to me. Let me say this is no easy accomplishment. My teenagers attend a high school with a strict dress code but they're still boys that manage to stain EVERYTHING. Ties, pants, jackets, dress shirts even repair rates & buttons beautifully. So glad I found this place when I moved from the city. Made my move better! Highly recommend!!

Excellent alteration work! Reasonable prices for hemming my pants. Cost of the jacket and skirts were a bit high.

Daylight robbery!!! $22 for cutting the hem of a skirt without hemming it. They would not admit their mistake. Very disappointed!! I wouldn’t recommend them at all for alternations.

Recently went to this place last Wednesday the 24th! I wish I still had the receipt The guy who owns it helped me. I wanted to get my bed sheets cleaned and also the duvet cover. He took the stuff and gave me a receipt, I looked before I walked out the door and I had to look twice, I came back and told the guy... Sir I think you made a mistake, $103 for 2 sheets and a duvet? Just to wash??? How??? And said on top of that, that it would be a week till it was done? I know it's hard times but damnnnn not ok. And for that price it's the principal. They are definitely taking advantage of people. Went to CD Cleaners and it was $19.99 for the Duvet cover and sheets $12. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I had a great experience with lee dry cleaning. I dropped my boyfriends pants and shirts. They came back looking great and the staff were all really friendly and kind. I would recommend :)

I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! I have been going here for years and was satisfied with the cleaning services. However, recently the owner gave away my nice work pants to another customer who did not even have a receipt and he refused to get them back. He only offered me $20.00 and told me "I was not a valued customer" so would not give me the appropriate compensation for his mistake. The owner is very rude and this place has such poor customer service that I will never bring any clothes here again. Avoid this place at all costs!

These people ruined my cashmere sweaters! They shrank a lot! No responsibilities for the job these people do. No money back, of course. DON’T go to this place!!!
