Really disappointed with BMW of Westmont. Absolutely no customer service or professionalism from the salesman who helped us. First, we had to approach him because after looking around for a few minutes, no one offered to help us. He reluctantly accepted to help us. He didn't introduce himself, didn't ask us for our names, he simply went straight to his computer and asked what cars do you want to see. We are new to BMW, so I was asking him questions about the cars, and he was answering them as if I should know these answers already. After not liking the first car we test drove, he started talking about budget and monthly payments. We didn't ask him to show us the numbers. We hadn't even found a car that we liked. In summary, this salesman was rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend this dealership especially if you're newer to BMW. My husband and I went to Mercedes-Benz next door and were treated with respect and professionalism. We bought a car from them instead.

On october 27th, I purchased my first ever used Acura car at BMW Westmont, which is Autonation certified since they had a pre-owned car sale with great prices. The car was paid for in cash/ cheque. Later that evening, when I was driving back home on the highway, I noticed a couple of issues with the car, so I called Darrell, the salesperson, and he said they can take the car back since they have the Autonation 5 day money back no questions asked policy. The next day I went back to the BMW dealership. When I tried to return the car, the used car manager tried to convince me that the Autonation return policy doesn't apply since there is no major mechanical failure, which is not true. Firstly, this is not true and was deceitful on their part since they claimed multiple times before the sale that they have a no questions asked return policy. Furthermore, since then I have found similar complaints online about the same pre-owned sales manager. However, after insisting and explaining my situation, they accepted my return and claimed that they would mail my check back in about 7 business days since I don't live in the chicagoland area. For the car return, initially they didn't even give me any paperwork stating that the car was returned. The salespeople were deliberately avoiding my calls and after a few calls to the Autonation corporate line, the general manager at the store called me back and was able to provide a proof of return. Now, it has been 6 business days (9 days) since the return and the salespeople at the store just tell me the refund process has started and is ongoing since I left the store. They make these claims without even checking and the dealership doesn't have a front end accounting, so I can't speak to anyone in accounting about my refund matter. Also, the finance managers and general managers are too busy to take my calls. I basically have no way of knowing if the refund process of the cheque has even been initiated and since I don't live near the dealership, I can't even physically go to the store and check with them unless I make a long commute. As a result of this issue, I have lost both my other car offers to other buyers and I can't buy another car right now because I need the remainder of my money for other daily/ school expenses. I understand that it takes time for a corporate company to cut a refund check, but it it very shady that they can't even give me clear update of what is going on. I feel like they have just left my refund file aside because they are pissed off at me. On the whole, this was my first time purchasing a car as an international student and I feel that this dealership has completely taken advantage of my situation, especially because I don't live near the dealership. I would recommend that people never go here unless they are trying to purchase new BMW vehicles.

I have a three series I was looking to trade. I was considering a new model. The trade offer either; was insulting, or insured I would never do business with them. The shop rates for maintenance are ridiculous. Having grown up in Hinsdale and not appreciating a certain attitude and manner of doing business - this place has it.

Had a great experience, the sales agent Ziyad was amazing. He went above and beyond to get me into my dream car. Paul the finance manager also was great, they both seemed very genuine and caring. What more can you ask for right? Very down to earth, not pushy people that I felt were looking out for me. - thanks guys, hope to see y'all again.

I found a used car online that I would have purchased from them but was lied to during the process and backed out. This car was in transit from Florida. Upon arrival I received a call from Jeff that said car had arrived. I went in and test drove it. Noticing the steering wheel was off center by about 15 degrees while driving straight I mentioned to the salesmen that if that was corrected and the dent to the side of the car was removed I would purchase the car. He drew up a price I was fine with and called me the next day saying it was fixed and dent was removed and the price was lowered 1k. I went back open minded and excited the price had dropped. I took the car out for a drive and noticed that the steering wheel had not been fixed. Typically a luxury vehicle when driving straight on a flat road is completely straight. Well this wheel was still off. When I returned to tell the salesman he assured me it was fixed and said the road I was driving on was slanted and that why the steering wheel was off center still by 15 degrees. He then told me that in fact his service department corrected it and would I like to see the paperwork. I said sure show it to me. He preceded to grab the inspection form from the glove box that had been there the previous day from the dealership in Florida. Their service department didn't fix anything!!! Thankfully I caught him up in the lie and left and purchased a nicer car from a competitor down the road. Be weary when purchasing any used car but be extra weary of this place.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband went to get a quart of oil for our M6. He asked if what he grabbed was the correct oil for our car. The salesman takes it out of his hand puts it back on the shelf and proceeds to tell him the price. Incredibly rude. Unfortunately I had to purchase the oil at this location. We never experienced such poor customer service at a BMW dealership.

Car dealer "Naeem" and his "manager" were deceptive and disrespectful. Talked to Naeem for about two weeks after test driving a BMW X4. Returned approx. 2 weeks later to purchase. Naeem originally said he could give me 7-8% on financing. After I applied for financing he said he could give me 6.1%. I showed him 2 quotes from different banks with rates at 4.99%. He said he could not match. Negotiated price for about 10 minutes. Naeem would not come down from sticker price. After 10 minutes, Nareem brought over his manger who rudely said he didn't want to waste my time and handed me his business card. Treated like a piece of garbage. Don't buy anything here!!!!

Dealer very deceptive. Quoted 155 for 3 year oil change plan for my vehicle. Was shocked at value and confirm multiple times with service rep. When arrived was asked to do 3000 inspection + oil change. After confirming only wanting oil change was quoted 550+. Service rep mentioned he saw notes I was quoted 155 but the receptionist had been misinformed. I stated that I would compromise and only request a single oil change instead of the quoted 3 years, but they wouldn't accept. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady dealership and go to BMW Naperville. Photo is of notes in their system and would not honor price even for single oil change.

Posting this on here as well as Google for maximum visibility. Don't come here unless you want to be disrespected and have little action taken by leadership - and definitely don't work with Hassan.I came in for an appointment with Hassan Arouri last Wednesday at 945am and arrived at 950 - I was the only one at the dealer, and had set time to drive 3 of their pre owned cars: a Jaguar XF S Sportbrake, BMW 640i GT, and Audi A6 Allroad. I'm helping my dad find a car that's both fun and practical, and they fit that.I did the first drive in the BMW and Hassan gave me literally 3 minutes around the block - I asked for more, like the freeway, and he begrudgingly accepted and we did a loop no more than 12 minutes. We returned, and I asked to sit in the car for a few moments to test the stereo, backseat, etc. He walked away to go turn on the Jaguar and asked that I come over quickly.I got in the Jaguar and asked for the same loop... he said yes, yet gave different directions. He took me a different way (not exactly able to compare the two on the same roads) and it was 10 minutes tops. Same thing - I try to sit in the car and he turns it off and takes the keys. During the drive, he keeps noting how much better the BMW is, saying things like "it's way bigger inside" (ok, true), "it's way more luxurious" (ok, personal opinion), "it corners way better" (no, a base suspension 4500 lb 6 series doesn't handle better than a dedicated S Jaguar, which competes more with a 540i M Sport). That was annoying to hear and just blatantly not accurate in the case of the 3rd statement. After being rushed out of the Jaguar, he then randomly says the Audi has a deposit on it. I'm surprised since he didn't note that first and I had received a price drop email that morning - so I ask if we can try a pre owned A5 Sportback they have. He says it's sold (granted I'm looking at it on the lot), so I ask about another. He says he can't take a "long" drive because "it's the last day of the month and if you aren't buying today I don't have time". That's what set me off. I continued to be respectful and went on a literal 3 minute drive, before he muttered goodbye - I asked to go inside and get his card.I then left the dealership, after driving 3 cars, at 10:30. Does anyone think 40 minutes is enough time to properly drive and look at 3 cars, especially with the wait time for him to process my license, etc? Recent dealer visits for even 2 cars are roughly an hour if not more.I'm incredible put off. I understand if you're busy, but to not help at all and not even offer a coworkers assistance, while being condescending, is just awful. I work in sales too, and Hassan clearly doesn't understand sales is a relationship. Not helping because I'm not buying today is what I expect from a Buy Here Pay Here, not a BMW dealer.Above that, I live north of the city and drove 1:30 round trip to check these out and potentially give Hassan some business. He can't even give 5 extra minutes of his time for anything - for me to sit in the car and check the stereo, check the backseat room, drive the same loop. Absolutely disrespectful. Do not work with Hassan

STAY AWAY from this place! Shop around chicagoland area and anyone can see the difference in parts pricing and labor pricing. They have inflated prices on everything. ALSO SPECIAL mention out to MICHAEL COLLINS who is basically a service person who wants to insult you once your service is done also this service centre suggests any service left right and center to anyone who walks in. I came in for a 50k service. I was slapped with a $5000 bill. Worst part is when you try to reach these guys to adjust the jobs to be done on the car their phone is either not reachable or the job you dont want is completed already. They Upcharge on EVERYTHING. Service centers like these make people think how hard it can be to own any car. BEST PART - MIKE COLLINS when asked that I just need brake pads and not the whole front brakes (which costs $1495 according to these guys). He calls the tech and says "Hey TAG number so so had rusted front rotors right ? yes they had rusted rotors". I want to give them ZERO stars. If anyone wants to over spend money and do unnecessary service and get total vague answers please visit this place.

Great dealership. Large well managed show room. Excellent associates who take the timw to listen to what you're looking for and help guide you through the extensive BMW product timeline.
