Kubis is hard to beat. The body work and paint job was done quickly and there is no way to see evidence of the repaired damage. The attention to detail and customer service by John and Erin and their staff was first class!

Went in for an estimate gave all my information and never recieved any information in return. They took my email and phone # yet its been over 2 weeks and i have yet to recieved any information on the estimate.

The team at Kubis Auto Body is wonderful! I stopped in to inquire about them fixing some small dents/paint damage and they were very quick with having one of their detailers look at the damage and discuss the next steps. I was able to come back a couple of days later and they did a great job with the minor repairs. Would recommend them for any body work.

I brought my car in for repairs and the entire process was quick and very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with, which made my experience that much better. I received my car back before the estimated completion date and it looked brand new. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for quality work and great customer service.

Literally professionals!!!The damage was done by a deer.. Days later i can’t believe that the car looks brand new.. Definitely the best body shop in the state of Illinois. The team working there makes you feel like part of them. They keep me posted about everything that was going on throughout the repair! Definitely number one for me!Marvelous job ?

Very professional job. My car has a red metallic paint that I am told is very hard to match. Kubis Auto pulled it off though. Everyone that looks at my front end damage repairs (hood, grill, bumper, headlight) says it looks great! Kubis handled the insurance and helped me setup my car rental. All around great job on the car, great customer service (Erin and Mikayla) and great communication through the process. You made a bad situation as easy as possible. Plus, they cleaned my car before they gave it back to me. Made it feel like new. Thank you Kubis!

I brought my vehicle to Kubis for some body work because they were recommended by my insurance carrier. The estimate process was very smooth and painless, I scheduled time to have my the body work completed by Kubis and they fixed the damage in about 5 days. I would, however, not recommend this shop if you are looking for an ethical and honest business. Their body shop personnel (the individuals doing the bodywork to the vehicles) are dishonest and falsified claims of damage that was done to my vehicle while in their shop. They claimed that damage existed on my vehicle when it was delivered to their shop which was untrue. When I pursued this with them they told me the damage was documented when the vehicle was dropped off. There was no documentation of damage outside the damage they were hired to repair provided to me nor communicated to me before they began work on my vehicle. It is unfortunate that this business does not stand by the work they perform nor hold their employees accountable for mistakes/damage caused while a vehicle is in their care. I will be informing my insurance carrier of my experience with this business and recommending that they evaluate the businesses they recommend in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kubis Auto Body. I had front end damage to a 2012 Ford Fiesta, and John helped me through the entire process. Kubis communicated with my insurance on multiple occasions and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. He explained all the work to be done in detail and the cost that I could expect, which was mostly covered by insurance. I thought it was a very good value. All of the employees that I had contact with were polite, friendly and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner, and the results were perfect, both in the car's operation and its appearance. I would not hesitate to go to Kubis again, and I recommend it to anyone needing auto body work.
