I brought my car in for two new tires. This was my first time ever coming to a Just Tires spot. This location was close to where I was going that day. They had good reviews and I also saw how they were promoting a free brake inspection so I asked them to take a look. My brakes were working but I heard a squeaking noise when I would reverse so I wanted to see what that was. I couldn’t afford the brake job they suggested so I rejected it and just paid for the new tires. I got a new front passenger tire and a new driver side back tire. I went straight home and everything was fine. The next day I had to drive to Midway and on my way my car starting making a loud clipping noise whenever I stepped on the breaks. It came from the right front passenger wheel. I called this Just Tires location and let them know what was going on because that was not an issue a day ago. They said they never touched my brakes and they just looked at them for the inspection. But they did just change my tires where the noise was coming from. We are taking a trip in a few days so I just took it to the dealer ship because of a lack of time and mechanic connections. The dealership took a look and said that the brake caliper screws were missing. I can’t believe Just Tires messed up my brakes. I’m never going here again and I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Tim and Kurt are awesome. They helped me in every possible way to replace my rim on BMW. They were not pushing for any unnecessary extra service or taking advantage of the situation. They are definitely place to go for honest, quick and reliable service.

Knowledgeable friendly helpful on decision-making which tires to buy for your vehicle not trying to sell you the most expensive tire which you don't need front counter as for Tim

The staff were extremely helpful. After a dealership didn't mount a tire properly and it nearly came off while driving, they fixed it at no cost and provided me with paper work to file a complaint against the dealership.
Great staff.

I ordered my snow tires and had them sent to the Westmont location. They came just in time before the snowstorm hit. Huge thank you to Rich and his team for installing them just in time for the biggest snowfall of the year!! Highly recommend this Just Tires location for any of your car needs!

I came here to get 2 tires replaced and a wheel alignment and Xavier Ortiz has nothing but kind and professional. He actually showed me what the problems were and took care of them right away and gave me a peace of mind. I'm definitely coming back here for more services. Thank you Xavier! You're the best!
