Pharmacy staff is rude. Never helps with medications. Frequently they state “they have not received medication refills” then tend to chuckle that it’s medication that is needed daily to function, even after my doctor has sent the refills in. They don’t care, won’t help find the discounts, won’t take copay cards. ALSO they don’t know how to work freestyle libres. They will only give you the sensor OR the reader when the rx is for both. Only good thing is the pharmacy is 24/7 but good luck not waiting a half hour for someone to help you.

The deli has the smallest pieces of fried chicken, especially the legs, wings and thighs. Instead of giving you an eight piece they need to offer you a ten piece when the pieces are so small.

Ordered 8 piece and the mrs. Ed gave me the smallest pieces of chicken ever!! Whole tray in front for her and she literately picked out the smallest pieces smh. It’s not even on sale! Your suppose to mix small ones with big ones!

The whole point of self check out is so I don’t have to talk to anyone. The attendant woman short with dark hair kept coming up to me and made a stink that I didn’t want to talk to her. I didn’t ask for help. Leave me alone. And this tall restock guy always stalks me when I’m in the store. I’m sticking with the one a mile away or Walmart. These people are rude. Leave shoppers alone unless they are asking for help.

I’ve been having insurance issues and neither the cvs or Walgreens in the area was able to help me. I tried this osco and they fixed the problem within the hour and the wait time to talk on the phone was SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than both cvs and Walgreens. I could not be happier with the customer service.

Customer service here is non-existent. I’ll stand there for 5-10min while everyone pretends not to see me.The people at register all have pouts on their face and unfriendly!!Go somewhere else!

Around 8 years ago I swore to never use this pharmacy ever again because of the poor excuse for "customer service". Well I just had a visit to the ER for 12 hours and was discharged after 930pm so I couldn't use my go to pharmacy and was forced to use this one. Learned my lesson... again. Never again. One girls lack of knowledge about her job and her utter indifference (and eye rolling) while talking with a customer who is clearly in pain, and the other one blaming the first girls "newness" for their oversight. Which caused me to wait extra, without the needed pain medication. So I was in tears by the time I was picking up my prescription.
