I've gone here for years and not really any issues. Today, I went in to do my taxes after being on temporary disability since last year. Hoping I could qualify for any type of extra help. They told me my donations dont quality and giggled. Okay, ouch. Then I had to co.e back to a different specialist who sat me down and told me I'm only getting 600 back. I did the app estimate and it showed nearly double. I started crying silently as I knew I need it. He just looked over blankly and said are you going to sign. It's not there fault but man, way to make someone feel less than nothing. I'm filling on my own. At least computer dont laugh at their customers
