I've purchased many sets of tires at this discount tire location but they are now doing a worse job than ever. My car was returned to me with a damaged wheel and 27 wheel weights affixed to the damaged wheel. The damage suggests that when they removed the wheel from my car they threw it face down on the ground. I went back to the store when I got home from the trip I noticed it on and discount tire wasn't open, but belle tire across the street was. I have recommended discount tire for many years but they now show a pattern of carelessness in addition to a lack of business hours.

I've used discount tire many times in Minnesota, but they obviously know how to do business there versus the Chicago area. I was one of the first customers in the door because I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they told me it was a 4-Hour wait to get anybody to even look at it. In Minnesota I would have had my tire fixed and been out the door in a half hour. What a joke. They checked me in, I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes until I asked if anybody could look at the tire. The person at the counter went out looked at the tire walked right past me to the counter and then typed in his computer that it would be 4 hours and sent it to me in a text ????

I've always come to discount tire for my wheel and tire needs. Recently needed a rotation and balancing, car is a very particular merc. Kept getting vibrations at 70mph which has happened in the past due to the nature of the vehicle. Tyler helped to diagnose and rectify the problem instead of give up when it kept occurring. Can't recommend this location enough for their dedication and problem solving skills.

Had a slow leak on my driver's side rear tire and they found a screw and plugged the hole. Thanks again crew!!!

Went in for a tire repair and they said it wouldn’t hold air. Went across the street and they repaired it in less then 30 minutes and has yet to lose air. Looks like they didn’t even try. Waste of time
