Very rude absolutely no customer service at all not a surprised it was empty when I walked in. I wish zero stars was an option. Terrible representation of Cathay bank.

Great bank. And can get some great food after banking ! There are all sorts of Asian and European options

The building is disgusting. Dirty bathrooms, cockroaches, the place reeks of mold.
