this dry cleaner completely ruined my $200 sweater. I picked it up completely shrunk, fabric matted, and unclean. Would not trust with any articles of clothing

New owners. $5.50 for dry cleaned shirts for everyone's reference. They are nice people, but thought people should know.

I had my clothes cleaned here before,which was a good experience.I came in a week ago to take pics of the clothes I was dropping off and the lady that owned it was so offended that she told me to go somewhere else.She was really rude . i was really taken back by her attitude.Just because I had a bad experience somewhere else,and I want to take pictures of my own clothes shouldn’t be a big deal to her.
my family gets 10articles of clothing a week dry cleaned-her loss for her “25year”business.people do right that down,just behind closed doors-not in front of the company’s face.As a matter of fact I did it in front of her face the first time I used the facility.She was so outraged and told me no one has ever done that before-Why do you care if I just want to make sure I get the 10 articles back before I leave???Due to mistreatment,I choose to go out of my way to go somewhere else.
