They were even ok us dropping off the Van a bit late. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a big Van for outing / vacations.”

“If you want exceptional service and personal attention, look no further!! We landed in Chicago and called NextCar. Not only did they recognize us by our first and last name, their shuttle picked us up within minutes and took us to the door of NextCar. We were given a beautiful Escalade, and sent on our way. Upon return, we had door-to-door service from the drop off-site to our airline. It was fast, friendly service, and the price was better than other competitors. I highly recommend them for your next car rental service.”
“Nina, John and their team went above and beyond to resolve a couple of issues I had with rentals. As an older driver that has been driving older model vehicles I wasn't familiar with some of the features equipped in the modern cars. They fully explained things so I could understand. I recommend the Countryside/Lagrange branch for anyone in need of a rental.I want to add more to my review after returning to this location for a third rental. The team is caring and can accommodate probably any request made. I suffer from asthma, and even though I appreciate the disinfecting process of each car, certain smells will cause me to cough uncontrollably. After scheduling online, I emailed Enterprise to ask if I could have a "scent free" car, and they understood and provided a clean car without the special spray. Their team is friendly and more than willing to work with you to get in a rental that you're comfortable with. Cudos to Nina, she rocks!”

The vehicles are always nice, with a wide range of vans available, from a simple Ford Transit to tricked-out Mercedes Sprinters with lights, entertainment systems, and dedicated cargo areas.The staff is always friendly and professional, and I really look forward to each visit. They're always ready to help make your trip special and to attempt to make any issues right.On top of that, they're one of the few rental outfits that will allow you to tow a trailer, which is a huge boon for an independent music group like ourselves.Bands, church groups, road trips, personal rentals, they do it all with professional aplomb. “We had to use Enterprise two times this month. Wonderful experience. Fast, knowledgeable, clean and a very large selection of cars. During my second rental Liam was very professional and helpful. He prearranged rental and held the car for me till Saturday pick up. I was escorted to the parking lot to look at different cars. Both times renting we had brand new cars offered to us. Liam was great to work with and for the first time ever renting he had me pre pay for gas at $2.80 a gallon and no charge for drop off fill up. Very accommodating working with car insurance issues. We will return especially for the large selections of cars.”
“I rented for 10 weeks in a row from the Naperville Hyatt. Joffrey was so pleasant, and customer service-focused, it was great to see! For example, the Avis changed the opening hours from 7am to 8am, however, I still needed to pick-up the car at 7am. Joffrey came in early to makes sure I was able to pick up my rental for 8 weeks. This is the type of customer service that Avis needs. Thank you Joffrey - I will definitely rent from there again.”

Fantastic customer service overall, Marcin doesnt try to upsell or pressure you into anything extra. I am hoping I will not need to rent a vehicle again for quite a while, but if/when I do I will definitely be renting from Macin and Hertz, Thanks again.”
