“I was driving by here this morning and had a little extra time. The car was getting dusty, so I stopped. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.I actually live closer to the Countryside location but had a bad experience there with the rudeness of some staff. My experience here was basically opposite and turned around my opinion of Fuller’s as a whole. I may sign up for membership, as I am in the area often for appointments.”

From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. Maaco Carol Stream very nice ,very understanding and wanting to help their customers in every way, I think it’s the best Maaco autobody shop in Illinois! They do great work they communicate with you and keep you informed. And they’re always wanting to find the best price for you to get your car back on the road. And they love to entertain children and they were kind and understanding to my children! JATIN PATEL is the manager of this auto body shop And he has been a great person to work with, and If I have any future repairs for my vehicles, this is the auto shop. “Highly recommend DECON. The service is mobile so you don't need to go anywhere and wait in a lobby, drinking bad coffee for several hours while waiting for your car. The service is brought to your home. The business owner brings all required supplies and equipment. You just need to provide an outlet....We have a 12 year old vehicle that is used to transport three dogs. We had significant amounts of dog hair woven into the carpet and other mud and slobber stains on the seats. The car looked nearly new when DECON finished. Very impressed... Business owner has exceptionally personable disposition and high integrity. He'll give you an honest assessment of the level of service necessary to meet your requirement. “I had a power washer tip over and spill oil on a spot of carpeting in my van. The smell was so bad that the car was undrivable. I brought it in to get a spot cleaning treatment. They told me to bring it in again if it still smells in few days. I did just that because I’m desperate to make my car safe to drive around young children. They spent a lot of time cleaning the area the second time around. I’m grateful they came up with a customized treatment plan for my problem and I’m very glad to say I didn’t smell oil at all today. They really helped alleviate my stress!”

“My son broke a hinge piece on his soft top which was keeping it from closing. When we contacted the JEEP dealer, they said we should try TopStore. Lucky for us, we were already storing our hard top with them. I just wasn't aware they did repairs as well. I emailed them a video of the damage and they said I would most likely have to replace the whole top but to come down to the shop and they would see what they could do. They fit me in on a Saturday morning without hesitation. I personally dealt with Jim & Kamil. Kamil fortunately had a soft top in the shop they used for parts. Somehow, he fixed the hinge and made it work. Not only did he fix the top, he took the time to show me how to get the top on and off without too much trouble. He was patient with me instead of just telling me to go watch some videos. That kind of customer service is not easy to find these days. Despite my lack of knowledge, they treated me with respect and grace and I was most appreciative. The icing on the cake is that they only charged me for some labor and parts. They know I'll be back for a new soft top...eventually because they took to time to treat their customer well. I definitely recommend this business for their knowledge and customer service!!!”
“STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I am not sure what the recent posts are about but I can tell that I am EXTREMELY PICKY about my car and I brought it here and I am TOTALLY SATISFIED. Background-I was an idiot and had a bucket of water in my passenger front seat and took a u-turn too hard which spilled out 3/4ths of the bucket into the carpet in my brand new car. Yikes! I did bring it to another detailer to have the situation handled but after about 3 months, I could smell that funky, musty smell. Seriously? Enter DETAIL KINGS. I booked an appt and spoke with David who was very understanding and seemed interestered in helping me. I decided to trust them and it was a GREAT decision. No smell and my car looked great. Thank you so much David and team for caring about my car.”

“These are real professionals.
I was a little disappointed they they refused to fix a leaky trunk on my very old and very rusty car. But they were honest in their opinion that a proper repair would have been much more costly than the value of the car. They could have easily done a poor repair and charged me a bunch of money. But they valued their integrity more than their profits. I trust them now because I know they won't charge me for work when they don't believe they can provide good value.
They gave me 4 free minutes of their time to outline some quick diy repairs that I could do to hold me over until I buy a new car: tighten the trunk latch, sit in the trunk with a flashlight while a garden hose sprays the car to find leaks, etc.”
