I purchased a used Audi from a dealer in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This is my second Audi. I have brought both to this dealership for service as it is the closest dealer and I have been satisfied with their service dept. I have an issue with the Audi app that connects to the car. I was told by service that sales deals with that. They had me speak to sales about the issue and I was told that the app doesn't really do anything and I don't need it. They said I should go back to the dealer I purchased the car from. They couldn't have been more condescending and unhelpful. They didn't care even the smallest bit about helping me fix my issue. Before this visit, I contacted Audi directly. They tried several things but said I should bring it to the dealer. That was clearly a huge mistake. I like my Audi but this dealership doesn't give a crap about you if it is something they aren't making money on.

Took my car in to have a headlight replaced. Left with an estimate over $8,000. Who does that?

My Salesman Gianfranco was absolutely AMAZING. He was very attentive. He answered all my questions pertaining to my purchase. He was upbeat and excited. He knew all the features of the vehicle. He was very personable. Joe, the Sales Manager came out of his office to introduce himself to me. He too answered all questions. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Finally, I ended with Shane the Finance guy. He went over all paperwork thoroughly. He made sure I understood my terms. He explained the extra add on packages. Very very friendly service My entire experience was 5 star the entire way. I couldn't have chose a better dealership to purchase my vehicle from.

The service doesn't end the minute you get ur Audi ... it's been mostly good dealing with everyone @ Audi westmont. Service consultant Mike always goes above and beyond to help. I will certainly get my next car here.

Going to bullet point the issues I just had at a routine mileage tuneup:1. During the tune up they broke the back spring of my car axle (they admitted they broke it since it was not broken when I brought it in and when they did the pre-tuneup test drive)- then Peter the manager had the audacity to ask that I pay for it. After having to go up the chain of command, they agreed to fix what they broke.2. When i went and picked up my car after the tune-up- five mins into my drive home- i got various low air pressure in the tires lights. I pulled over had my air pressure gauge and low and behold all four air tires had low air pressure- this is after I spent over $2k on a tuneup and after they admitted that checking the air pressure is part of the tuneup - highly negligent.3. when I called them and texted them multiple times to find out why there was minimal air in my tires, neither Peter (the manager) or Ed, my attendant- responded to my texts or calls. They never offered any explanation or compensation for their lack of proper service and for actually making my tires worse than when I came in.4. When the receptionist did a routine post check up call and asked if I got the customer satisfaction survey, I said I did not and I was waiting for it. I had her read back my email address. Although up through the date of that service, I routinely received emails from this same dealership so they had my right email, I found out someone there changed my email address by one letter to avoid me getting the customer service survey since they know what a terrible job they did.5. These guys are scammers and highway robbers- if you have either Ed or Peter offering or suggesting anything to you in the way of additional charges- run for the hills, they are both snake oil salesman. The district manager Tanya Plutz is also wholly non-responsive and otherwise equally terrible.

Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. The salesman are arrogant and don't really know specifics about the car.I just called The service department . I have a Q8which is the most expensive car they sell ( that shouldn't matter ) and they tell me that for me to bring it in for servicing and to get a loaner , I have to wait eight weeks. These guys are absolute morons and I would take a bus before buying a car from them. Avoid at all costs.

Called to schedule service a few weeks out and was told that due to supply issues they were not offering loaners. While I appreciate their offer of a lift/Uber shuttle this would require me to pay for/arrange transportation to and from work. The reason I bought a luxury vehicle was to avoid this. They offered no solution. Perhaps they should partner with a rental car company and eat the cost. I was scheduling service for a recall. So basically their engineering issue is the reason for service to begin with. Why should I have to miss a day of work or pay for a rental when I already pay a premium for a luxury car? Well Audi, you lost a lifetime customer. My other vehicle is a Mercedes and I do not have this issue when scheduling service.

Found myself with the dreadful task of looking for an older used car. I checked a few websites and saw a Camry advertised at Audi Westmont that appeared to be the best of the ones I saw, so I headed there first.Went inside to ask if the car was available. Art Rodriguez greeted me and told me he'd get the keys. Took a look at the car, drove it around a bit. He told me that the one issue was that the muffler had a small leak and was a little noisy. Audi would not be fixing it. OK, so he's upfront with that, everything else pans out pretty well for a 18 year old car. I told him I'd pay him half today (it was Thursday) then come back and pick up the car and pay the rest on Monday. He worked out those logistics. Asked me to call him when I was on my way on Monday. I did.Got there to finish things up. He had me see Joe, their finance person to finish up the paperwork. Gave Joe my debit card to pay off the rest of the car. Signed the papers, etc. I spent maybe an hour there over two visits. No baloney, everyone was straight forward. I should probably wait 90 days to do a review to ensure the car is still running, but my gut tells me it will be. I can always do an update if it isn't.Bottomline was that Art and Joe were fine to work with and my experience was very positive as used car transactions go. I'll likely be looking for a newer or new car in about 2 years and this dealership will be on my radar to visit due to this experience.

Overall very pleasant buying experience at this particular Audi. Art Rodriguez was the specialist who helped us out. What my wife and I appreciated the most was his straightforwardness and no pressure approach. We ended up really liking one of the Q3s they had on the floor and got setup to test drive a lightly used version which would've come out a decent amount cheaper for essentially the same car. Overall drive was good for what we needed to get around town to run errands and make the occasional trip into the city. He did forewarn us about the noise due to a loose front end, and ultimately ended up going with the new version sitting in the showroom. Having a toddler with us, Art was able to coordinate all the paperwork and have the car prepped for us while we took the kiddo to lunch and put him down for a nap. On return, some quick e-signatures and we were off with the new car. Many thanks Art & team for a very easy buying experience.'Til next time, cheers!
