There’s a lot of potential! The user experience might still need to be enhanced some more to make it feel more lively, we can start with the lighting maybe? The decore? Make it look less like a warehouse. Other than that, the prices are great as a prime member! I love the discounts, coupons and deals and the people working there are all helpful and professional. That’s why I rate it a 5. Keep it up!

I really like this place but it’s impossible to get someone on the phone regarding a pick-up order. They just kept transferring me to Amazon customer service.

Employees are great and very friendly. The vibe of the place is very odd, it’s empty and many shelves are barely stocked while others are over full. The prices are inexplicably way higher than the Mariano’s next door for the same products. And the produce is not fresh. I cut into a watermelon and it was rotten inside.

I shop there mainly for the fruits, which are fresh, tasty, and not sold in huge quantities. The store seems to be lifeless, however. It is more of a warehouse than a welcoming store. As a human customer, I feel like a Guinea pig and my experience is feeding them data to help them improve their AI system. There are three prices for the same product: a regular price, prime member price, and a discount price. To make it even more confusing, there are two kinds of discounts, a discount for everyone and a discount for in-store shoppers. There are Amazon employees seen everywhere in the store, however, only one cashier at the checkout. They will greet you and ask you how you’re doing when you ARE doing fine by yourself . But when you do need help, you will not easily get help. Their message is clear: They want you to learn their automated checkout process. Shopping there is like shopping in the future, which I am not sure if I should look forward to.

After they got rid of the just walk out method it’s gone completely downhill. A lot of the employees just seem lifeless and bored to death. The hot food bar has dropped in quality and increased in price by a lot. The slices of pizza are terrible as well. If you go there and see an item is out of stock, don’t look for it for at least a week. I really liked it early on but it’s dropped a lot in quality while prices have kept increasing.

Pretty interesting. Reminds me a lot like a high-tech Aldi's with better products and more variety.
Produce looked ridiculously fresh, and there were several options, along with absolutely ridiculously inexpensive milk at $2.69 a gallon!

The cashiers are always so nice! It's a bit expensive compared to other grocery stores but I can't blame that on the people who work at this establishment.
It's always clean and well stocked. The cashier always helps me with getting coupons for my purchases.

The biggest attraction to here was the fact that you didn't have to deal with lines or people. Just load your cart and walk out the door. They removed that now. No need to scan your app, BUT it's just like another grocery. I'm going back ne t door to Marianos. At least there I earn reward points, though I gotta go back to lines and dealing with people.

I used to really like going into the store scanning my phone getting my stuff and leaving. Now that they have completely gotten rid of that I’ll never go there again.
