I didn't know which YBD to write my review under--i go to all 3! That's part of the beauty of YBD. I live in Lombard so all 3 locations are convenient for me, which opens up a huge amount of classes available to me. I have been going to YBD for the last 7 years. It's the best yoga and deal around! Fantastic instructors. Great offerings, including restorative options every day, not just as events. I go to a regular yoga and a restorative 4-5 days a week. Stacey Z is magic! All the other teachers are excellent as well. The locker rooms are so convenient. All the teachers encourage modifications and doing what's best for your body. My practice has come so far!

I was bummed when some of my fav teachers left during COVID but I finally found Alex R again. She's teaching at Grit and Grace in Countryside. Nobody comes close...nobody.
