Clean salon but my tech seemed as if she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there and did a sloppy job on my nails and toes. She left my old polish on in areas so it showed through the new.. Way over priced for the job they fo!Service: Pedicure

I wouldn’t come back here. They make you pay in advance then up-charge you for everything. This place nickel and dimes you on everything and makes it seem like your fault for not telling them you had no chip on your toes. My pedicurist was amazing and could not have been nicer. I would definitely recommend her. But the owner was very unfriendly.Service: Pedicure

I walked in at 5:15, their website said they close at 6. I asked if they could do a no chip manicure and the woman at the front desk told me that they could not attend me because they closed at 6 and what I wanted to get done took longer than that. I was very disappointed in the way they treated my business.

I called to schedule a manicure pedicure and I was never asked what type of manicure pedicure by the salon staff on the phone. I was actually put on hold three separate times and re-asked three separate times what kind of appointment I wanted and still they never asked what type of manicure pedicure I wanted. And I did state I wanted a no-chip manicure pedicure appointment the first time I was asked.When my daughter and I arrived at our appointment I got lectured that I should have told them I wanted a no-chip ....salon staff told me that takes more time than a regular manicure pedicure. I wouldn't know that .... That's something the salon staff should be asking the customers when they call.They also Charged me $7.00 to remove no chip off of 3 toe nails.I got lectured again that I was supposed to tell them on the phone that I had no chip on my toe nails. they never ask that question when I called to schedule the appointment nor did I even remember that I had no chip on my 3 toes!!!!.They also make you pay and TIP prior to service which is wrong on many levelsI will never go back to twinkle toes regardless that they blame covid policies for paying ahead.They are very unkind.

Went for a mani pedi today. Not only was it pricey but I got the impression that they announce to each other their tip amounts and/or comments about them. My technician said something out loud right after I tipped her , tip in hand. and I said " I'm sorry ?" Because I thought she was saying something to me. She wasn't .Then another woman left and when her stylist got the tip she said something out loud as well with the tip in her hand. I was very uncomfortable and won't go back.

Meh... It almost feels like you are putting them out. Very rushed experience. The manager is abrasive.

Came in at 6pm for a deluxe pedicure. They close at 7pm. It felt rushed especially for the price. The girl was cleaning off and on, while she did my toes. Using the same gloves to work on my feet. I had to ask her to scrub my heels twice, she barely did. My heels still feel ruff. I get pedicures every 2 weeks. So I know the process. I happened to be in the area so tried this place. The owner did not care about my concerns. My tech rushed out while I was still drying. They made me prepay upfront and the owner pressed me to give a 20% tip before I was even serviced. This is such a wonderful place to go and rewind. The women do an amazing job and are always fun to talk & laugh with about life. It's alway very clean and quiet and rarely do you see someone yapping on their phone. It's really the only place I go for my mani-pedi's. And the DazzleDry, nail polish, which they offer, is a great alternative to gel. And they all wear masks and require the customers to do so also, which is very reassuring.

Short story: Please don't come here. The manager is incredibly rude and the service is quite poor. Longer story: This is our second time coming here and both times the service has been demeaning. This time I brought my diabetic grandmother who was in need of a good foot massage, but on our way out of the house my grandpa fell and we had to help him to his room (I can't make this up). We were 10 minutes late and the manager scolded us, told us we have made her technicians wait "so long" and next time we need to call. I tried to explain my grandpa fell and she looked at me blankly and said "next time you need to call." She asked me to pick out a polish and (I am not exaggerating) as I reached for a color for my grandma she asked me to hurry up because we have made them so late (10 minutes)! When the next appointments arrived (25 minutes after our scheduled time) she loudly apologized for the wait due to us being late. The women were almost taken aback because it was awkward, and they were only 2 minutes behind. Bigger question- why are you scheduling pedicures 25 minutes apart? The nail technicians did our pedicures in 15 minutes flat. Barely cleaned our nails, left polish on my skin. The cherry on top is when I asked my technician to please grab a different color (that was within arms length behind her) she told me I can get up and get it. Did I mention I'm 7 months pregnant? She knew, my grandma asked me in front of her how the baby was doing. It didn't matter, she watched me hoist myself in and out of that chair. To the manager: please learn some kindness and customer service. Though it's too late for our family, we will never come back here again.

I have been going here off and on for a few years. Jenny is amazing. However, when i don’t get Jenny the service is below par! I just had. 20 min pedicure that felt like a polish change for $40. Not worth the money!
