A few weeks ago our family experienced a horrible garage fire and Jenna went above and beyond the call of duty. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding efforts in helping us navigate through the aftermath of this fire.
Jenna showed up immediately with genuine concern for our family and swiftly managed the complicated paperwork and kept us updated on all communication with multiple agencies. She was very responsive to our concerns and needs, put our minds at ease in so many ways, handled our questions with transparency and empathy, and ensured us that she had everything under control.
