6628 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago“I have so many positive thoughts about this place I don’t know where to start. This is easily the best gym I’ve been to since I started working out in 2016. The community and staff are unmatched, truly feels like a big family. From the day I walked in seeking a membership I felt extremely welcomed. As a female it’s hard finding gyms where you feel respected and not stared at by creepy old dudes and I immediately noticed a difference in mentality here. Everyone has a mutual respect for one another, everyone reracks their weights/cleans equipment. They have some newer booty builder equipment that isn’t found many other places as well as a posing room! The ONLY reason I left was we due to relocation issues and I’m so upset I had to leave ? this gym has me contemplating an hour drive just to be back somewhere I feel happy calling home”
“All the trainers at Just Lift are beyond amazing! Everyone is well trained and knowledgeable. You call tell they care about each individual member’s performance and success.”
“Honestly it’s the best gym with the most amazing trainers, staff, and athletes I have ever met!!! Iron flag is my new family and my favorite gym of all time! I’ve been growing as a crossfit athlete and it’s been amazing! I can’t wait to see where I’ll be next year :)”
“What a great place to work out! I look forward to attending classes at this gym. And I’ve never felt that about a gym after a few months! It’s the class size, almost personalized coaching, the option to use the gym by yourself, all of which make it worth the membership here.”

The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about each member's progress. The community is incredibly supportive, making every workout fun and challenging. The facility is top-notch, always clean, and well-equipped/maintained. Since joining, I've seen significant improvements in my fitness and overall well-being. If you’re looking for a place that will push you to be your best while feeling like part of a family, CrossFit Salire is the place to be!”

7214 W College Dr, Palos Heights“Literally the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve had the opportunity to train with Dania, Emily and Terry. All 3 of them have different training methods and I love that. They make working out fun and it’s 100% a safe space!”
“I have been part of CrossFit for over 3 years, and it's a wonderful community with great instructors.
I joined the nutrition program and I'm grateful for Coach Estefania’s guidance in understanding a healthy lifestyle, being mindful of our dietary choices, and their impact on our bodies. Taking small steps can make a significant and HUGE difference.
Comparing my blood before starting the nutrition plan and after was eye-opening. My glucose levels are normal, as well as the AST and ALT levels for my fatty live. ❤️?”
“I am considering joining Jordan's gym as he was one of the best guides in helping me to learn weight training several years ago. The place is clean, spacious and friendly, and I can't wait to try their free week. I'll post more later! ?”

3061 S Wolf Rd, Westchester“I have been coming to this gym for a little over a year and let me say - it is filled with great members - and great management! Jeremy is the BEST! On top of being very attentive, professional, and friendly - I walked out to a flat tire in the parking lot a week ago and Jeremy not only helped out a lot, he literally rolled around on the ground and got his hands dirty helping me change it. Needless to say, people like Jeremy are rare - and employees like Jeremy are even harder to find! A great fella - he is a great representative of the gym, and the people that exercise and work there! Highly recommend! Couldn't be any better.”

416 E Ogden Ave, Westmont“How does it start? With an email or a phone call. How does it end?Don’t know. Still going here six months later.Ian and Emily are AMAZING people. That’s easy enough to say, but let me back it up.I took the leap and sent an email to them that I had never really lifted weights. I mostly did cardio exercises. Ian responded promptly and set up a phone call to discuss what goes on at their gym. The first personal training session was free so I tried it.You know that thing that you eat that you can’t put down once you try some. That’s what this was like except way more expensive. It makes you stop and think, but ultimately the question you have to ask yourself is what would you pay to be HEALTHY and HAPPY each week?Ian works with you to create a workout plan that FITS WHAT YOU WANT including workouts for days when you’re at home or your regular gym. He’s there to give you ADVICE on nutrition and eating/drinking right for your goals. It’s up to you on what you decide to do and he doesn’t care whether you take his advice or not. He’s the same regardless. Scheduling is flexible and is done personally via texts. That’s right, you have contact with Ian even when you’re not working out with him and you have normal conversations. HE'S INVESTING HIS TIME IN MAKING YOU A BETTER PERSON.From a workout perspective, there are a variety of workouts that you end up doing and they will repeat. You’re there to get progressive gains over time and the only way to do that is to repeat the workouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. When you hit a plateau, he’ll change it up and you’ll do different workouts for a little while. At the end of each session is a random 5 minute variety of exercises that are more intense than the rest of the workout. “The Finisher” as Ian calls them. That said, I’ve never left a workout overly sore to the point where I can’t function the next day. As you do more and more workouts and they repeat, you might ask yourself “Why do I still need to come here?” “Couldn’t I do this myself now?”IT'S NOT JUST A WORKOUT. It’s life, and that’s one of the best parts is the conversations with Ian about anything and everything. Ian has been one of the most influential people in my life. This comes from discussions about future life goals, careers, philosophical questions, book recommendations, etc. The monumental change he’s made in my life from a mental perspective is something he probably doesn’t realize and something I don't know that I can ever overstate. I don’t know that everyone can expect that, but I do know that you can expect the workout you have at i.e. Fitness to be one of the highlights of your week. As I mentioned before he’s invested his time in making you a better person and he will push you to be better. He will give you that motivation to try harder when you don’t want to or think that you can’t do something. He will push you to your limits, but not push you over them.I know what you're thinking. What about Emily? While I've never worked out with her, I've been lucky enough to be at the gym when she's working out with someone or just stopping by the gym. She's a nice person who brings an energetic atmosphere to the gym with a bubbly personality albeit terrible taste in music :). It is thanks to her I have never been more nervous to lose to a six year old kid and I'm pretty sure she's the reason Ian is so great. If you've gotten this far, my RECOMMENDATION to you is to TAKE THAT FIRST FREE SESSION and then decide for yourself what you think is the best thing for you in your life.Have an amazing day!”
“so so so happy i joined! everyone is so welcoming. the coaches give great tips and tricks. the price matches the quality of the workout and the burn you feel, making you feel accountable and motivated. music is also a big 10/10.”
“Primal Elite Fitness challenges me every time I walk through the door. Bella and Ryan are very knowledgeable and so friendly. An amazing place to exercise even if you’re just starting out!”

From the amazing staff to the challenging workouts, I look forward to coming each week and showing up for not only myself but for others. The community of people who come here are inspiring, encouraging and make me want to be better. If you have been wondering whether this type of workout is for you, IT IS! You can taylor each workout to your fitness level and feel comfortable that you will be supported by people who want to see you succeed.”
“What a gem of gym? I've had a number of gym memberships from the low cost Planet Fitness-type gyms of the world to the fancy-pants FFC's of the world and its no competition, Ferrara Pan Fitness Factory is my favorite hands down for a number of reasons:#1 its just a really cool, industrial yet modern gym. Portraits of great athletes and service-folks line the walls. I feel like Rocky Balboa when I walk in.#2 its not a chain, its local: the staff really care about its success. They keep it really clean.#3 family oriented: Kids are welcome. Many kids taking boxing classes while mom or dad is working out.#4 the variety and diversity of people that workout (the members): a variety of fitness-levels from professional body-builders to boxers to just moms and dads and their kids trying to loose some weight. Young people, old people, men, women, and children. It's just a gem.#5 all the trainers are so nice and so helpful and just amazing whether or not you are training with them or not#6 all the classes are amazing (boxing can be intimidating for beginners but they make the experience super welcoming)#7 tons of resistance training equipment: racks, benches, tons of free-weights, essential machines, just a ton of room, machines, and equipment for just about every exercise you need to do. They even have a set of gymnastics rings hanging from the ceiling with plenty of space to do whatever.#8 tons of cardio equipment: Regular treadmills, curved no-motor treadmills, 2 types of bikes (some with rowing), row machines, pull-down row machines, plenty of jump ropes, weighted vests and you won't believe how many heavy bags are available: you can even borrow boxing gloves to hit the bags with.#9 a full-size boxing ring. Yes, an actual professional ring.#10 opens early (4AM)#11 reasonably priced#12 It's a hidden gem: You can't tell from the outside how big the place is inside.”
“Is it permanently closed?!!!? I went once and was planning on making my new main gym because it’s the only real body building gym around here and I went back and didn’t see anything there? I’m very sad if it’s closed for good wanted to train here bad trying to become pro body builder”

7621 W 100th Pl, Bridgeview“This is my home away from home. I started training here back in 1992. Chuck Sanow (the owner) is awesome became my mentor, friend and father figure. This is one of the last true hardcore body building gyms out there. You don't realize what hardcire is and how much more you can actually push until spending some time training here. If you are serious about your progress no matter your start point this is the place to get the ball rolling!!!”
5AM - 7:45PM
19 W Ogden Ave, Westmont“I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The workouts are great but what makes this gym my favorite is the people. The coaches are so friendly and encouraging, the people next to you are always cheering you on, and it just creates such a great environment. I can guarantee I will always leave very tired and sweaty but with a smile on my face.”
“Tried F45 for the first time today, took the Triple Threat class with Brittany, friendly staff and engaging environment. Made me feel welcome and provided a memorable experience. If you are thinking of trying don't think twice! See you soon!”

684 W Lake St, Elmhurst“Impressive equipment (it's not just a gymnastics setup with some obstacles thrown in - it is legit enough for epic obstacle course TV show training) and friendly staff make this a fantastic place to being kids to learn or adults to train.”
“This is a family owned and operated gym, which helps to create a very unique vibe. There is a very connected, neighborhoody feel about this gym. This atmosphere, which has been cultivated by owners, staff, and area patrons, is difficult to replicate in a big-box, chain gym. Aside from the overall vibe, I like that the people at Elite are upfront with regard to their pricing. There are no guessing games. Their rates are listed on their Web site. They also offer a ten punch card so you can try out the gym before you make a commitment. Those who workout at Elite seem to be connected members of the local community. I find that the clientele is friendly, respectful, and fitness-focused. Lastly, the gym is located in a very cute area of Western Springs. There are several local businesses nearby that you can visit before or after a workout. It's also important to note that parking has never been an issue for me at Elite.”
