Erich has excellent People skills, answers all questions and points out all issues while being very thorough and professional.He is very careful to return everything inspected as he found out including lights on/off, doors open/shut etc.His knowledge and skills to inspect wiring, hvac systems, gas and electrical is reassuring. His easy to understand photos along with a highly descriptive and accurate findings are comforting and beneficial to anyone needing his services!

We have lived in quite a few homes and the latest home we are purchasing needs work. But we were unaware of a problem with the roof that would have led to a $40,000 expense we were not planning on. Erich and Brick by Brick made us aware of the issues with the roof and others so that we made a decision from a fully informed place. Very grateful!
