I had the privilege to be with my daughter until she was 3 yrs at home. I knew that I wanted to give her the experience of being with other children her age and to get over separation anxiety sooner then later. From the first tour at the Westbrook care center, I had no doubt that this was the place for her to be. I had my second child and did not hesitate to enroll him in either. My children enjoyed being in KinderCare throughout the entire year, the summer program, as well. Without a doubt the entire team at Westbrook is caring and nurturing. They laid the foundation of basic skills and knowledge to prepare them for Kindergarten. They are very flexible and accommodating. I most appreciated that they even allowed my daughter in their summer care when she was on summer break from school. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Kindercare will always have a fond place in my heart and core memory for being there for me and my children. I wish I can name each staff member bc honestly they all deserve a shout out but I'll just simply say, THANK YOU Kindercare Westbrook from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate all the years your entire team has blessed us with ❤️

I Like that the daycare is family oriented and my daughter is doing very well. She is learning how to share with other kids and she is very friendly to her classmates. Am just comfortable knowing thay she is in a good heads with all the teachers.? ☺️ ?

This location has the babies sectioned off from the older children to help protect their immune systems (I love), has nice staff, and is diverse. My 3 year old was transitioning into this school during the middle of the school year. Ms. Diane and Ms. Jenny made sure she and I were great. They made me comfortable by answering my questions and calls (and telling me I can always call them). They made her comfortable by putting her pictures up along the walls with the other children (so when she walked in she saw herself as belonging too), by knowing her name right away and also addressing her directly, and a bunch of other things. The teachers were very helpful getting her comfortable as well and helped her get acclimated to the school, the other students, and their options. They also made a lovely Mother's Day gift and gave me flowers that are still alive 2 weeks later.

I have been bringing my kids to KinderCare Westbrook since august 2020, and I can’t say enough good about them. From the very beginning The director Jenny, has been so helpful with the whole registration process and made everything so easy. The staff is wonderful. Ms. Ashley really went above and beyond with one of my previous foster sons. She made us feel so special with a handwritten card and gave him a book with some good life lessons. It’s really the little things like that, that puts me at ease as I drop them off for the day. I know our babies are in wonderful hands there. And with the updates throughout the day, that helps also! I can’t thank KinderCare Westbrook staff enough for taking such great care of our children. ❤️

Highly recommend this daycare !!This was my daughters very first daycare. Great staff. Jenny made the enrollment very easy and answered all of my questions. Ms. Jackie and Ms. Sabrina are loving, caring and simply amazing! I am very thankful for the care they have provided to my daughter.

HiMy siblings have went to this Particular kindercare in Westchester . My daughter has been there since she was about 6 months old. She is 3 years old now . I absolutely love the staff , I am very comfortable . They have excellent staff and the children and my child have learned and is developing wonderfully. I would always recommend them. This experience has been great .Thanks .

I highly recommend this daycare and especially at this location in , IL. My 5 and 6 year were there since my youngest was in diapers. We absolutely loved the teachers and director. I strongly believe my kids are doing so good in school because of what they learned and achieved at KinderCare. Teachers cared and taught them so much. They still miss them. Even now after the shut down they still smile thinking of KinderCare and they awesome teachers. So happy I picked them! Thank you KinderCare. We truly miss you all and especially our little friends. God bless

We absolutely love this daycare!!! Overall, the staff has been very caring and accommodating to our four children. There has been a bit of change-over in administration at this location since some of the previous reviews, and we are extremely happy with the current administration!!!

My daughter has been coming to west brook kinder care since she was 1 1/2 she is now 5 years old and just graduated pre-school. Miss Tina Miss Carey and all the kinder care staff did such a good job coordinating such a memorable graduation for our little ones. As parents we need to feel comfortable leaving out kids with people we trust and I must say I am so happy I choose this to be my child's school for the past 4 1/2 years. From the amazing teachers to the awesome director and assistant director this school I would recommend to anyone looking for an all around great atmosphere for a child to learn have fun and be well taken care.

Most of the teachers and staff on site are great and you can trust them with your children. Unfortunately, upper management isn't the greatest, which reflects on the center as a whole. They seem to be more interested in the money than the best interest of your child.
