Older lady in the left hand corner with the walker BEWARE! Beyond rude and incompetent. Get different information from her than in the Broadview location. Try a different location.

I have to say every time Monique has been at the counter, service has been greater than I’ve experienced in the past. I was there again today and she deserves to be recognized. As a customer service leader for over 25 years, she is someone who has the qualities I would want on my team!

Honestly? 15 min, waiting on 1 customer, 1 person working. Someone finally came out to open another window, and the 1st person needed help so no 2nd window opened. Lady with walker comes out to help, can't figure out woo-hoo China. What a S show. When using your card it asks if you want cash back. I said yes. Person tells me she doesn't have any cash in her drawer! Now my transaction had to be redone. Just such lack of any customer service.

I work close by and often have to send mail out. I've never had a rotten experience. Sometimes the employees aren't in the best mood, but neither am I. Service speed can very depending on how busy it is but I've never waited an unreasonable amount of time. Over all the job seems to be done well and that's all I can ask for.

Monique was so friendly and helpful to me that I almost forgot where I was at. The best customer service I've ever received from the USPS besides my home carrier Chuck, who always goes above and beyond to take care of us. Kudos to the Westchester Post Office for these two very special individuals!

I understand that Covid and being under staffed plays a part now. But I have been having problems for a while. First off, A pile of rubber banded mail was left in my building. It was for 5 of my Neighbors on the block. I politely went and distributed it all to the correct addresses. I don't work for USPS. So, I should not have to do that. Then we never seem to get our mail until after 7:00 PM. When I can definitely see the Mail truck parked down the street around 9:00 AM. Then, I have had other People's mail put inside my locked box on several occasions. They live two streets over. I have had People bring me my mail that live a block over. So, I go to the actual P.O to complain. The Elderly Woman working the counter is chit chatting to a customer as I wait and wait. Not even trying to get to me. I was livid and walked out. Then she yells "Come on Baby, I can help you now". Sorry, but I drive all the way to the River Forest P.O from now on.

When I put my packages that I don’t need a receipt for on the counter they never scan them in which makes it so I don’t get paid because the tracking never updates. Their excuse last time was that they are understaffed. But I see first hand how lazy and slow the employees are.
