The lady that run this business is rude and unprofessional. She has no Soft Skills. She has a voicemail set up that say do not hang up and call back, we will return your call. Well I called on a Saturday and waited for a week and no one ever called. I wanted to support a Black business in my community, but it will not be her. Very Sad.

I'm a 15 year resident of Westchester and had been seeing on the towns site about this establishment and wanted to give it a try as I saw many reviews. I have a 1.5 year old golden doodle. This was our first visit here. That morning I arrived on time but unfortunately had misplaced my shot records and I understand that's the policy to have rabies vaccine proof. I was wondering if there was another way i could obtain the records. Which the groomer directed me u should be able to get it from petco, and i did within 10 mins. I honestly did not feel welcomed as the staff and owner barely spoke when I walked in. First thing the groomer said was my dog was big which the booking says if they are over 40 pounds my dog has a lot of hair but is only about 25 pounds so i was puzzled as to what that meant. The groomer stated she was matted and she didn't have time to brush her out so she would be shaved low i told her to do what she needed to do. She charged me 85 for med grooming and 25 for extra brushing which she shaved the dog but ok whatever. I'll give credit where it's due she did a pretty decent job shaving my dog down but etiquette for me is everything. Even as i was leaving after paying the bill the groomer barely said anything as I said thank you . No thanks for business nothing. Needless to say with all the reviews that was positive they couldn't have received the same response as I did being a new customer. Nevertheless I go elsewhere as I'm sure that's not the attitude with other customers. It's not what you say it's how you say it! I'll just say this is not the grooming place for my dog .

I was finally able to book an appointment with Keesh and it was definitely worth the wait. Our little Curly looks so adorable. Keesh is very professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. 5 stars all the way!

I love Kesha!!! I’ve been taking all my dogs to her for years now, and I refuse to take them to another groomer even though I no longer live in the area!She always does an amazing job! You won’t be disappointed! ❤️

I have had several groomers groom my Lhasa Apso and Keesha is the best! She is very professional. I appreciate the transparency and her frequent communication about her practice and any changes her clients might experience. On top of that she does such a beautiful job with my dog and he seems so comfortable with her and at her shop. I can tell that she loves working with dogs. Her shop is easy to get to, her services are fairly priced and booking is easy.
