All of the women who work here give the best customer service. They are super helpful every time I come in. I always have a better experience at the Westchester FedEx compared to using UPS or USPS in the surrounding areas.

I needed some last-minute, large print photos. The service and quality was exceptional! I've gone to other FedEx centers in the suburbs that delivered poor quality prints. The Westchester center is phenomenal!

I needed some flyers printed same day I had a little trouble trying to send the image to the store via email so I ended up going into the location and was helped quickly and efficiently! The lady managing this store is doing an amazing job! She was able to help multiple customers and still manage to get packages labeled and ready for pickup!

I live and work close to this location. I have used FedEx shipping and print offices for decades and I have used them in all 50 states. I have used them since they used to be called Kinkos. When it comes to customer service this specific location takes the Cake. The people here are very professional and very helpful. They keep their store clean and everything orderly. The lady who runs the place, I think her name is Tracy, is very sweet and very cooperative. They have my business for life...

This used to be my go-to location, but no longer. The staff has changed and new staff seem to have poor attitudes--no smiles or even the common courtesy that is necessary in customer service--nor any hint of professionalism. The young lady at the counter wasn't able to figure out what Aubry had handled for me regularly in the past, and she made no attempt to seek a viable solution. Meanwhile, her older colleague stood by scowling, not attempting to help either, although she could overhear our conversation.Management should observe new employees and retrain when necessary.Perhaps employees are "quiet-quitting" because they don't feel they're paid enough? IF so, they should instead look for better jobs and FedEx should step up and improve compensation, if that's what's needed to acquire and retain adequate employees. All employers should keep in mind that inflation is deeply cutting into employees' ability to make ends meet. But in any case, if a new hire agrees to work for a set wage, it's still their duty to provide at least adequate service. It's not the customer's fault.

Brought package with pre-printed return label. Package showed up the next day back at my house. Revisiting office I was told the label was now void and needed to contact the recipient for a new label. When questioned about why it was returned to me I was given the nonsensical response that the recipient (400 miles away) must have refused it or was not available for delivery (to a business?). I elected to pay for shipping of the returned item. Employee was not helpful at all at investigating the situation and seeking a resolution that didn't involve my paying for the return shipping. Will definitely AVOID Fedex altogether in the future as there are other shipping options

In my previous review I let you know how very unprofessional this place was I had an out of town order I outsourced to FedEx because I was leaving myself.Only to find out from THE CUT WAS ALL WRONG! They envelopes provided do not fit these incorrectly cut and incorrectly centered announcements.I will be getting them back from and going in person to get this corrected. Think twice before using this location.

Tracy! Thank you so much for excellent assistance. I ran in 15 to closing, wet from the rain end of a shift to pickup my wedding invitations. I was ready to grab and run out. But NO.. Tracy opened the bag ask me to hold on to review the work took them tonthe back to cut off the white line around the postcards showed them to me and thanked me. No Thank you! It hatd to find caring attentive helpful workers. This will be my go to store forever! ?

Very poor customer service. Tons of attitude and rude demeanor from 2 employees on 2 separate occasions.They need to hire better employees or invest in some training.Without customer service, you lose customers!
