Decent braids, terrible customer service. I called a week in advance and asked if she could do simple corn rows and she said she could but never gave me a time. I texted the Thursday before my appointment asking again what time, I could see that she read it but never replied. I called on Friday to again ask what time, she told me she would call back. Saturday morning, I called again and she told me that she had over booked and couldn't actually do my hair. But I could reschedule. She did a good job the first time I went but not good enough to put up with the run around.Service: Braids

I called the day before to make an appointment. I got there on time the following day but the doors were locked. I called the facility six times with no answer. Thirty minutes later Vickie calls back and acts she doesn't remember the appointment though she is the one I spoke with. I'll never try them again. I had rearranged my entire day for my appointment because the earliest they had was at 5:30 pm. So unprofessional.

Yep they use a comb razor to cut your hair. I always had long nice hair. They use nail glue also WITH IN THE BRAID (not the ends) I guess to make it appear neater looking... so when it time to take the braids out it’s stuck and I you have to cut your long pretty hair. They are pure EVIL pure EVIL! Stay away ladies. They are Devils ?.
