“Jacob was more than fair with me. My old minivan engine was misfiring - sounded like the valves. Most mechanics won't bother tearing apart the engine to find the root cause, but Jacob did. It needed a new camshaft and we went with a Non-OEM camshaft. As it turns out, Jabob had to do the work twice becasue the non-OEM camshaft was not manufactured correctly. You would expect that the new part would be manufactured correctly - but there were visibile differences when compared side to side. Jacob spent a lot of time before diagnosing that the replacement camshaft was bad and I was not charged anything extra.”
“I visited George's Auto Service because I had a strange noise after driving a few minutes. It turned out it was simply my steering fluid was low. Although this was a quick and easy fix, I'm making this review because the owner felt it was too small of an issue to charge me. At any other auto shop I probably would have been charged and inspection and repair fee.
Well what because of this service he just got a customer for life so I say it was a great exchange.
