The flowers were delivered unpackaged. The flowers used in the arrangement were unprocessed with small clippings of greens jammed in with the flower stems, there were not visible until I pulled the design apart. After two days three of the roses were turning brown in the middle. I pulled the whole thing apart and did the arrangement myself. Very poor quality design and execution.

Disappointing. My sister ordered these for me and what she ordered to what I got was not expected. Again you don’t have something then make it comparable. Don’t put greenery in and think it turns into a pumpkin! My older sister also got this arrangement ordered from a different florist and wow what difference it makes. Hers is full beautiful and actually what was ordered. You should be ashamed of yourself. Your reviews speak for itself. Putting in carnations for substitutions is never going to win a customer who went to a higher ticketed item.

Ordered same day flowers for my sisters.One got her flowers from this florist and the other from another shop. This shops flowers were basically dead and all greenery and nothing like the flowers I ordered. The other shop nail the photo and were gorgeous. Literally so upset at how bad Palmer Florists came out the sad bouquet #1, what I ordered in photo online #2, another florists shops attempt same day sent to other sister#3!

Terrible decision of buying flowers here, I ordered two dozens of roses, the quality of them were horrible, and the message card was missing and the delivery guy just threw the box at my door from a distance, never buying any flowers here again.

Thank you Palmer florist! What a beautiful job you did. We ordered from out of state, a funeral arrangement for our beloved friend. It was so beautiful that it was placed with family flowers, front and center. Absolutely stunning. WELL DONE

I ordered flowers for a funeral in Baltimore. I paid using my debit card because I thought the company was trustworthy. The charge was made on May 31st and the money deducted from my account. On June 1st I was charged again for the flowers, I called the company thinking that it was in error, but the agent said it was charged but it was really pending. I told the agent the payment went out of my account on the 31st , so they should reverse that charge, she told me it was to reverse 3 to 5 business days. I told the agent they are holding my cash to pay other bills, and I would like to speak to a manager. The manager repeated what the agent said. I told her that it was like her employee is stealing my money, no company charges you twice for the same transaction and this robbing me, she was holding my money hostage when I had paid the day I ordered. This should not have happened, a cash account is deducted and pending amounts is not available to me. They have charged me twice and it is on purpose, what kind a business does that; not a legitimate business. And a zero rating

I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I called to have have a flower arrangement made for my sick grandmother. I requested something cheerful and not in a vase. I wanted a basket. Never had to repeat myself , they got the order perfect and I had them delivered. I did not use any color filters this is how the flowers showed up. Beautiful colors and just makes you smile. Smells so fresh too.Would highly recommend and would use over and over again.

Expectation & Reality after ordering on the 1800 flowers site.... I know substitutions happen, but it's like they didn't even try hahaha
