Steve is caring agent that is quick to start the appointment by asking how everyone is doing & I wouldn't leave my local agent even if there was some savings in my premium because of the personal , quick, in-person service I always receive from Steve and his office

I don't know how Steven is with insurance products but his help with investments is awful! We had an investment which once someone else really explained to me, we should have never had. When something came up that we had to cash it in, it took almost 4 months to get our money and he told me after about the 5th or 6th phone call to him and the 4th to the company (where their call logs show no calls from Steven trying to resolve this) he told me he was tired of sparing with me! Really? He should have been calling updating me, I should have NEVER had to call the company. Absolute HORRIBLE customer service!

I had an incident that involved filling a claim, I called Steve and he helped me right away, made me feel so much better and didn't make me feel guilty because I had to file a claim. I've had progressive insurance in the past and to get anything done it was like pulling teeth. Steve's office really takes the time to get to know you and are the most respectable, kindest people around. I couldn't say enough positive things about this company, especially Steve's office and his employees!!!
