“If you're buying grass seed, and it isn't Kelly Seed, you're wasting your money!! Great gardening selection, SUPER friendly and knowledgeable staff. They've been instrumental in helping us with a glorious yard, planting native grass for wildlife, and soil sampling for our cut flower garden. Oh yeah, it's a neat old school hardware store, too. If you've never been, you should go!!!”
“Decent neighborhood hardware store. The staff is generally pretty helpful and friendly. They have a little of everything from every day items to odds and ends and toys.”
“Not your typical commercial chain store. Locally owned mom and pop store. They have all kinds of unique oddball parts, pieces and accessories that other places don't usually have and of a higher quality. Large selection of different accessories like nuts, bolts, washers, o rings, fittings, chains, wire, ropes, of different sizes cut to length priced by the foot, electrical parts and components, higher quality connectors then most places, welding bearings, parts and lots of belts for small engines, lots of hvac parts and tools and accessories, lawn, garden and landscaping stuff. They have everything you can't find anywhere else. There's a counter with a workshop in the back where I think the owner hangs out. He's very polite, really helpful, knows it all, and will help solve your problem and find what you need. I spent an hour or 2 in there just looking around and I noticed he was with a different customer walking them answering their questions and showing them where to get what they needed. Great place for any custom and DIY (do it yourself) projects. Hate even mentioning this but, some or the prices are a little higher then what they use to be years ago and the stuff you'll find online however, it's all of a much better and built to last quality then anything else you'll find anymore even stuff like the simple wire connectors not to mention you don't have to wait for a delivery which ends up not being what you want which is almost priceless. “Up here visiting in laws from Texas. Trying to get their new gas stove hooked up, long story short, the connections were a nightmare. Went to the three big stores in town with zero help and all with horrible attitudes. Finally saw this ACE and I’m so glad I went here. Not only were they able to help, the two men inside were beyond courteous and professional. The way they conduct themselves is way above any service I’ve ever received at the big three home improvement stores. Thank you for helping, you all saved the day.”
“They always have what I need they keep the store clean and organized they don't rearrange much which is a good thing, I like get in get what I need and not be on a scavenger hunt lol. Harbor freight is good about keeping things in order”

“They are a little pricey on most things but more convenient than Menards for me because I don't live in Sunset Hills, but most of the time, the price difference is worth it. The workers are always helpful and friendly.”
“Always there to help you with your projects big or small, when I grow up I want to be able to make one trip only instead of feeling like I work there,I just keep forgetting or something but it's great they open early and stay a little late,”

“Excellent service. Needed help finding something and had multiple employees volunteer to assist. They are very friendly and though they didn’t have the item in stock, they helped me find a store that did so I could get what I needed. Very polite and helpful.”
“Ken in appliances was a gem. I had called earlier in the day frantic needing a new washer. He knew exactly what they had in stock that we could pick up ourselves this evening. He said he would be there until 5 and ask for anyone else if after 5. I really wanted to deal with Ken bevause he was so amazing on the phone. After my husband got off work we went as fast as we could to Home Depot...getting there 5:00......Ken was actually walking away leaving to go home. This awesome guy remembered talking to me and came back to show me what we talked about. SOLD.. .got the washer home and ready to go by 7:30pm. Thank you Ken.....Home Depot is really lucky to have such an awesome, professional team member.”

“I enter into this establishment often as I do a lot of property maintenance, as well as small projects. It's the only store around that carries 5-minute quick set for drywall finishing purposes, I can't anywhere else. There's a cashier that works there older man name Dennis Nelson very helpful man. I make sure to take a moment every time I come in to have a word with him, very helpful , good attitude, and helps me with anything that I may have a question with. My overall experience with the store is great I drive out of my way just to go there. For some reason they have everything that most everybody else in town doesn't have .You will find the staff is very helpful.”
“Kids Workshop is awesome! Special shout out to Daniel who was running it when we went today, 06-15-24. He was great with all the kids there! A thank you to him as well for helping with my kids as I was there with two on my own, he offered to help with one so they didn’t have to wait to take turns! As well as helped fix the projects when we had messed them up. Hope a manager will see this for some recognition and to pass along the thanks!”

“The best Lowe's! Come here almost every week with my doggies and my dogs absolutely love people there! Never had issues with returning any items. We ordered 4x4 pallets and cinder block pallets and didn't have any issues with returning bad looking ones. The percentage of bad wood we got was minimal and we are very happy with that. The personnel is absolutely fantastic! Very nice and kind people also very knowledgeable if you have any questions. I still don't understand how this store has such bad reviews. We basically live in this store and haven't had any problems.”
