I contacted Baer to replace a couple of broken windows in my house. They weren't the cheapest quote I got, but they were friendly and professional on the phone, and gave me the quickest turnaround, so I went ahead and contracted them to do the job. I called after a week of no updates and spoke to a gentlemen - he said he'd find out and get back to me. No return call received. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called again and learned there was a mistake on their end, my windows were not ready, and that they wouldn't be available to install until later this week. That's three weeks of waiting to get two broken windows repaired. Based on other reviews I'm sure they will be doing quality work, but I'm disappointed with the mistake and the lack of communication. Not sure if I'll use them for future needs.

I took my storm window down last week to be repaired the person in the office came out to the counter and waited on me said that it would be done in a couple days and give me a call I waited a week no phone call so I went there to check on it another guy went back to see where it was at to see if it had been repaired but he could not find it so what back in up front to talk to the guy in the office he found it there where it had not been taken back to be repaired I guess the person in the office didn't have time to take it back or have someone take it back for him but the guy at the counter said he'd have it done tomorrow but ended up getting it done that day

Great company! They replaced the glass in 3 of my double pane windows that had broken seals. Very professional. I highly recommend them!

I have now had to replace several of my old windows, along with a couple from a customer's house. These folks do customer service really well.

Just finished a major bathroom remodel and my experience with Baer Glass on our new shower door was nothing short of awesome. From Larry the owner to his office staff and his install crew (Noel, Skippy and Kevin were great!), everyone couldn't have been more friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Don't try the project yourself, go to the experts. YouTube is a nice distraction for minimal money and alot less time and mess go to this very helpful ,reasonable and fast professional company. You will be surprised how cheap and fast the repair can be done.
