“As a veterinarian myself I try to take care of the basics with my horses....but my expertise is more small animals. In a time of great need when one of my horses experienced a horrible colic torsion Dr. Griffen was amazing and responded to my frantic phone call for help. In this day and age where veterinarians are often belittled and ridiculed for not providing constant service availability and for less than a living wage, treasure your veterinarians for they are invaluable and worth their weight in gold. Dr. Griffen could have charged me three times what he did and he would be worth every penny. The story doesn't have a happy ending as we had to euthanize our horse but I know he provided me with sound humane recommendations and helped my horse pass peacefully.”

She sometimes gets skin allergies and infections and of course while we're several states away from our normal vet, she gets an infection. My mom takes her pets to Franklin County Animal Hospital and referred me. They got me in the very next day and took very good care of my girl. I couldn't believe how much more affordable they are too (1/2 the price I normally pay my regular vet and with pet insurance). I wish Dr. Solomon was in Georgia. I'd switch vets today.
