I had a order scheduled for last Monday Nov 6 and they never showed no call or text from them. I called customer service and got it scheduled for last Thursday and same thing. Called customer service again and had it rescheduled for today from 9 to 12 and still no sign of them. When it was Schwans they had excellent service and since the name change not so much.

Had a delivery for this Tuesday that didn't show up. Usually I would get a text, email, or call explaining why but nothing this time.

If you come for frozen partial delivery, prepare to spend 4-5hr. They unloading literally manually. Your reefer gonna run crazy hard. Overnight parking available

I repaired one of there trucks,did them a huge help to get a truck back into circulation. Was very fair on the price, as they thought it was to cheap. Released the truck as corporate pro.ised to pay the bill and I trusted them. Well they have yet to pay. I'll never trust anyone again as nobody's word is any good anymore.

My dad bought from Schwans EVERY time he came through our business in Carbondale. He passed away and I can't afford to buy what he did but I do continue to support it. The driver is very nice but today I got patriot pops that were $7.99 and he charged me $12.10??? I even repeated the price to him and he left out. I hate even mentioning anything but I don't know his name but he comes every 2 weeks to Carbondale and stops at our repair shop. I sure wish I had his number!
