It is a joke told me it was legal to come in without shirt 4 weeks later I got pared for life because of no shirt I asked about women in bikinis they told me they will deal with if need be so I am waiting to get some nice pictures of people coming and going see the nice lawsuit

This is the cleanest and well stocked Phillips I've visited in the U.S. The facility has definitely been recently renovated. There is an actual Little Caesar's inside with to go food waiting for purchase in the oven racks. There are a lot of interesting items sold here along with hygiene, road side safety, vehicle maintenance, and 3 aisles of alcohol.
