I am frustrated. I had repair work done yesterday on the dodge side of weeks. I get Carfax alerts and it showed me where the repair work was done but also says in large capital letters MILEAGE INCONSISTENCY. I take great pride in my clean Carfax with all recommended maintenance and oil changes always being done. Now I have this on my Carfax. I called and spoke to service who was incredibly rude. I explained the situation and he told me someone must have had fat fingers and made a mistake. He said the invoice shows 50 something thousand when in fact my car has 70 something thousand. I said this was bad because I may be getting rid of my car soon and now it looks like I've rolled back my mileage. He sat the phone down on the desk without telling me and as I continued to talk It was muffled as if the receiver was touching the desk. When I left the dealership I went two places and then my car broke down in an unrelated incident within 2 hours of leaving the dealership. While he sat the phone down I mentioned the issues I was having with my car broken down and asked him what he thought I needed to do as far as the repair and when he came back on the phone he said right, right yeah we can't make any updates to Carfax, you'll have to call them yourself. I said well I wasn't talking about Carfax, I was mentioning how my vehicle is broken down and the current issues I'm having. This was rude. I don't care if I worked as a ceo of an organization or at Pizza Hut taking Pizza Orders....If I did something like that I wouldn't have a job. I won't be returning, Weeks has lost my family and I as a customer. In the future I may consider going to the Chevy side if my next car qualifies to go over there. Prior to owning this vehicle I was always going across the street and never had any issues over there. My other concern is if these numbers were entered so carelessly then what else is done carelessly? 50 something thousand miles and 70 something thousand miles is a large inconsistency. I would call and speak with the service manager regarding my experience but who knows.....maybe the man that I spoke to WAS the service manager or maybe him and this man are best friends. There's no telling and it would probably be a waste of time. I reached out to Carfax because I am unable to edit the error on my end and they said I would need "supporting documentation to prove the error" and an extensive investigation would have to be completed to contest the issue on my Carfax report. I'm not sure how I'm even supposed to fix this or what "supporting documentation" I could even upload.

My boyfriend Jerry Dare went to this place lived in WF pretty much his whole life; domt go here. Had a recall part i waited for 4 months for ( Cat and o2 replacement) they waited until my car broke down after i called about 7 or 8 times since Dec 27th to mid April and only aftermy car broke down did they magically have my parts in the day after i called and they said it wasnt in. Then charged me $110 for a fuse relay they didnt even put in and you ask how i know this... Well i called and they guy that answered said he was the one who replaced my 25amp fuse and knew nothing about a relay. $70 tow and told me if i would have called the main dealership it would have been free. But anyways dont go here

Had my Durango for a month, would not price fixing the transmission or tie rod ends. Finally had to pick it up and take elsewhere. Will not be back.

I personally have not dealt with them nor do I have any intention of dealing with them .my sister was there got a vehicle. which she had purchased one from their prior. she didn't have it a week and she started having issues with it bad battery and they have no intention of making it good. she thought this was a respectful and honest place. But proof has it. They will crew with people and rip them off. So if this is how you do business. I will gladly put this out there so others don't go thru this. You should stand behind what you sale always.
