This has got to be the worst ran company. i.own a business i had a package being delivered tomorrow so i called to get my packaged delivered to the business next door. I will not be there tomorrow. they refuses to.deliver it there but said they could leave it.outside my business.

Apparently you have to pay a ransom to get your package. All you'll have is an 800 number and they won't give out your local stores number

My Hello Fresh is supposed to arrive on Thursday.It's Saturday. Never does. This is food! Roads were clear this past Thursday.One driver left my cardboard box on my porch, in the snow, (two different days!) & they didn't put them in a clear bag like UPS does.

Like other delivery places they don't follow through with what they say they will do. My package said it would be here on a Friday then all of the sudden I don't get my pack until the following Monday. Thier website said it would be here on that Friday then the next time I checked it on that Friday morning is now saying Monday unexceptable period.
