This was my first time visiting the furniture store in West Frankfort and I am very happy with the choices, styles, the very polite and helpful staff, and especially the owner, Kyle, who helped give us a great price on all the living room furniture that we bought there. I would highly recommend going there.

purchased a mattress... our fault didn't ask about return or exchange policy had it for less than a month and we both had a hard time sleeping on it shop quite a few places and they all had 90 day return policy BUT not ER brown called and was told 3 days to read the fine line in receipt...NEVER AGAIN

Was closed early and they wont sell the chairs without the table wanted to order the same chairs they had in stock for us instead of ordering them for ther table and make us wait I dont know but they lost out on 1200 for the chairs and I bet they haven't sold the table yet so makes no sense hopefully they learn something from this six in the hand out the door is better than six on the show room floor just saying
