I started using Xfinity for 3 months and I regret it, oh so very much. There lack of communication between scheduling is horrible. My internet has been going in and out and I work from home. I had to go to a family members house in order to use their internet. I had two technicians come out to our home to fix our internet cabe. Which I had to wait a month for. And then they told me I needed an underground cable installed. So then I had to wait for that. It was past my appointment date and my internet was still going in and out. I went ahead and called they told me someone already came out and that was incorrect. Then we had to reschedule ANOTHER appointment. Over all internet is horrible. I will be definitely switching back to at&t. I've been with at&t for over 12 years and wanted to try Comcast bc of their promotion going on. And wow do I regret it. Save your time! Dont switch to Comcast or their Xfinity mobile HORRIBLE!

This kiosk closed due to the pandemic. When I was in the mall looking and called, an automated chat stated they are on the other line. No one is here, a different texter said they moved to another town. I was texted to go to Crystal Lake or Geneva. This is their exact text, "You'll need to go to the crystal lake store it's the closest and able to help you. We moved all the way to st Charles". Reply below states this review is inaccurate, and yet both janitorial and security in the mall told me Kiosk has not been here for a while and I could not find it.

My experience working with Alex as we converted to Xfinity was outstanding from start to finish. Our entire transaction was accomplished electronically via email and text messages. Alex followed up again on the day of install to ensure our service was fully up and functional. Alex was also able to secure a great rate for the services we are receiving. I definitely recommend Alex and his team at the kiosk.

Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what services I was looking for and and knew what price range I was comfortable with. He got me in the plan I wanted at the price we agreed on. If you are looking for great service and a fair price, go see Christian or Alex. A++ in my opinion.

Most of the time people cringe when they know they have to deal with their Cable/Internet provider. Alex made the whole process painless and actually enjoyable! Excellent service. Alex was amazing from start to finish. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal. He even carried by new equipment to my car because I was too pregnant to do it myself. You can't beat that level of service.

BEST customer service. Alex was wonderful all the way through the process. I have avoided Comcast and Xfinity for years due to previous service issues, but Alex made me feel so confident that I'm a convert! He talked and walked us through the entire process ensuring that we got the right package for us - didn't try convince us of products we didn't need. He also checked in to make sure all went well with install and that we are happy with our services. All sales managers are not equal - Alex is above and beyond!

Great service and even better customer Service! We were moving to a new home and considered leaving Xfinity, but with the guidance of Alex F. he helped us come up with the best package within our budget. With Cable, Internet, and now Home Security we chose to stay with Xfinity and have a service we are happy with! I recommend using Xfinity and if you're looking to work with someone friendly, down to earth, and understanding you should especially ask for Alex F. as he was of tremendous help!

Alex treated me like an old friend and not just a customer. He discussed my needs and lifestyle to help choose a TV and Internet bundle that was right for me and my family. He interacted and entertained my two year old and was very patient with us. He walked us through the process in a manner that was easy to understand and would always take any questions that we put to him. I was very impressed by his knowledge and confidence of the product. Alex knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him!
