I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but the man working at the front desk was incredibly rude. He was disrespectful over minor issues and became especially hostile when I asked him to stop throwing my box around. This was one of the strangest experiences I've had at a post office, and I suggest you consider finding a new employee. I decided to take my business elsewhere!

The postmaster Rudy is very inconsiderate. He has no customer service skills and makes up rules for “his” post office. The front desk people are very nice but they have to follow Rudy - aka Dictator of the post office rules. Unfortunately I have to deal this guy. I run a business - I’m not going anywhere. One would think he would be nice to his customers that come in on the daily. Especially when my needs do not require any time or brain power. Rudy is in the wrong job.

Line of people waiting outside the locked door at 5:55pm ... even though their posted hours are until 6:00pm. I was just there to check my post office box. Employees were inside walking around. If they are going to lock their doors early, they should not post the hours to be until 6:00pm.Too bad I can't leave my job early to accommodate their lazy employees locking up and leaving their jobs early.

Found my daughter’s university diploma on the grass, soaking wet. Was there since Saturday (today’s Monday). Picked up my Mail Saturday evening, didn’t look around the bushes for additional mail. Who would. Found it today and went to the Post Office to ask why wasn’t the envelope left by the door. Instead of an explanation, I was thrown a printed paper at me and yelled at (really!) by a man named Joey (supervisor) that he’s NOT going to help me.After that very nice lady showed up hearing him yell and politely apologize.Unfortunately, the diploma is ruined and someone is going to have to pay for a new one. I am also going to complain to USPS Inspector General.

I haven’t been receiving my important letters for about 2 weeks now. I’ve notified the post office & Sue said she is working with the carrier. Obviously not as my important documents are continuing to not show up. Makes me think the mail man is pocketing my mail. I will be escalating this to the inspector general.WHERE ARE THE LETTERS FROM MY BANK AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES?

I haven’t been receiving mail at my new address and sue called me back within an hour of me leaving probably more than one frantic message. It was awesome to get a real person calling back to help that quick. Five stars

Do they ever answer their phone? Multiple calls made at different times and still no one picked up the phone to tend to their customer during opening hours. Unacceptable.
