“I bought a shoe from Shoe Dept. Encore which is at South Ridge Mall, Wisconsin. It was an expensive shoes and after wearing few times the shoe inside thing was got damaged which is very unusual. Since that mall is very far from where I live I took some time and went back to the same store on Sunday after driving 1 hour 55 minutes and showed that shoes defect to one of the employee, the Manager was off and the Assistant Manager was at counter, the employee went to her and said about the shoes and without seeing the shoes and looking at the problem she said No Returns and few minutes later She came to us saying it’s greasy, dirty shoes ( WHICH WAS NOT ) and can’t do returns and the way she did treated me was very very UNACCEPTABLE.Then today I went to the store at West Dundee which is located at Spring Hill Mall, I must say I got treated like a guest and they took the returns after seeing the unusual tear in the shoes and I bought two shoes. Bryan and the other lady was very very good in the customer service and the store is very well organized and very well maintained a different variety of shoes and customers are treated as guest. I would definitely go and refer this store to All.Thank you once again Bryan and the Lady.See you guys soon ???”
