Mary and Sue in the office are examples of everything I could hope for in a front Pre-school office. All of my questions and concerns get addressed immediately. “my husband and i love this day care. we love mrs. karen as the director.she is the best one so far.this is my second day care. first time i put my son in bright horizon, and everytime i dropped him there he always looks scared. not even a month he got burst in his forehead, bump on his head, looks someone scratches him in his chest and his back. but everytime i asked the director and never get answers back.well not even a month i decided to move my son to here. i met mrs. karen. she is nice lady. she really helped. even she gave me wrong quotation but she took care of it so good.and we love how patient is mrs. michelle.she is kind. now my son not scared going to day care. like today is second day he is so chill. remember the day on the previous day care feel like a hell for my son.they even keeping update about what’s going on with your kid during the day.hope my son will stay here for long.thanks for kindercare.”

“Cadence did an amazing job calming the nerves of this anxious first time mama. From the first phone call, to the tour, to now almost 2 months in, they answer all your questions pretty much any time of day (without making you feel like you’re asking too many questions). They follow a schedule/routine similar to the one we have at home (and send updates and pictures throughout each day). Most importantly, my baby has so much fun in an environment where safety and cleanliness is a priority. All the teachers know all the kiddos names and truly care to form relationships to provide a fun, well rounded learning environment. I can’t wait to watch my baby continue to learn, grow, and thrive through this program! So thankful to have found a place that treats us like family!”

“I could rave about this KinderCare all day I have been apart of other centers in my time being a parent but this Center certainly left a huge mark on my heart and my child. We started here when my child was 17 months and departed when my child was 3 1/2 and as any parent would be I was overwhelmed with worry and fears in the beginning. The staff was 100% supportive from day 1 uploading videos and photos of my little one and giving daily updates when I picked him up. Sarah and her team loved my child through all the milestones and struggles. Being a single mother of a child on the spectrum I had my reserves once we received our diagnosis but every single time we were met with a obstacle Sarah and the team were more then willing to take some time and brainstorm solutions with me. He learned so much and had so much fun at this center it was very bittersweet for us to move on. Not only is the staff amazing the little one’s who they teach are as well. They are teaching the children to be kind, and respectful at such a young age. The summer program is just as great as their fall program and I’m glad my child was able to experience it from petting zoos, amazing athletes, and water days to just enjoying a snow-cone on the playground the children had so much fun and I could really see my child opening up to as his time there progressed. It feels great to have been apart of this KinderCare family!”

From the owners, to the staff, are all beautiful people. The owners Amy and Joshua, truly do treat their clients like family. My children, who at the time were 4 and 6, now 7 and 9, would tell you the same thing about this place and these people. They remember them and talk about them frequently. “I cannot recommend Primrose School in Algonquin highly enough! My husband and I interviewed several daycares in the area while I was still pregnant and the second we stepped into this facility I immediately felt at ease. The whole staff is wonderful to work with! They eased my worries the first day my son was with them at 12 weeks old, and they’ve been there to answer every question/concern we’ve had since then. All of the teachers that have worked with my son have been nothing short of amazing. It’s clear that my son is genuinely cared for by everyone he interacts with at the school and I can go about my day knowing I don’t need to worry about him while he’s there. The facility is clean, safe, and full of toys, etc. that helps the children learn and grow. The activities they do with the children are all the same. The app/other communications are easy to use and keep us up to date on everything we need to know. I just wish our circumstances weren’t taking us away from this beautiful daycare and all of the people that have cared for my son so well.”

“Goddard is amazing! We have been at other pre-schools/daycare centers and this is by far the best. I don't even think of it as a daycare because it is so much more than that. My son who already "graduated" from Goddard entered Kindergarten ahead of his peers in so many ways. He was able to use technology well thanks to the Hatch program they use in Pre-K, which helped him score very high on his first Fast Bridge test (the standardized testing that District 47 uses). While standardized testing might not be the best metric, it helps his teachers to know early that he is advanced and therefore he can be challenged appropriately.My current Goddard child comes home every day so happy to tell me about her day. She genuinely loves her teacher and friends and looks forward to going to school each day. Her teachers are so good at recognizing her strengths and weaknesses and tailoring their approach appropriately. They are truly gifted at what they do!The director and owner are so organized and welcoming. It is clear that the staff respects them and that they enjoy coming to work each day. Overall, everything is fantastic!”

“Excellent facility the track is very clean and staff is always wiping down the rails and doors. My only complaint is the summer camp kids. They are out of control constantly screaming at the top of their lungs and staff does nothing to quiet them down. It's not fun doing your walk/run with screaming kids. Otherwise a very nice place.”
