Very happy with Reflections Water Gardens. I had a pondless waterfall pump put in last Spring and it stopped working within the first year. They called and got a replacement through the warranty for me. They came and reinstalled it. It’s back up and running again and I’m so happy. Every time I’ve needed help they have been wonderful. Highly recommend.

Louis and Marcos came to do my pond spring cleaning today. They did a great job .quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Looks like an almost new pond. Thanks for a super job. I know I can depend on them if I have pond issues. Alan had a lot of great ideas for me and he is working with me to take it up a notch. And thanks to all.

This is the most impressive pond company I have ever seen who really care about their most important customer - their fish! They took my pond which was completely over grown with plants and I have 7 large koi fish. They emptied the pond in a pool and very carefully took care of the fish. They lifted entry single rock and washed it and inspected all materials and cleaned everything along with providing us answers to our questions to better maintain the pond going forward. This company and staff are truly incredible and the only company I would use for any pond related work including spring cleaning and maintenance! They are the most hard working staff and I couldn’t be happier with my pond!Services: Cleaning

A treasured antique pump (the bright red ones that used to pump our water) succumbed to age and would no longer be the focal point of our lovely recirculating pond. To repair it would have been a prohibitive expense. The gentlemen of Reflections found a modern day version and installed it (no mean feat) in time for Independence Day festivities.
